I really do love the Houzz App and decided that I would source a designer for our master ensuite renovation directly through the site. Very happy we did. I think it's important to really connect with your designer - Jen from the get go was a kind, and an enthusiastic person. She saw my vision, listened to my ideas and helped me bring to life a most beautiful, relaxing bathroom. Anytime I had a question or concern she responded promptly. Jen was amazing - we hired her for a consult and she had great ideas. Once we decided to proceed with a project we knew her advice and help would be invaluable and it was. She helped us turn a couple of ideas into a cohesive vision and helped see it through from start to finish with great care, concern and attention to detail. Working with Jennyfer on our recent renovation was truly an amazing experience. We knew our renovation was not a large one (master bedroom) but Jennyfer treated us as if we were royalty! She was kind, patient (answered our MANY questions), empathetic and extremely accommodating. She spent time getting to know us and our needs, so that the renovation would truly reflect us. I highly recommend Jennyfer Kenez Design. After living in our house for 10 years, we really needed a "refresher". We met with Jen to discuss our needs. She immediately understood our personal style and created designs that have truly transpired our space. She has an amazing eye for colour and an incredible attention to detail. I am presently renovating my new condo and was fortunate enough to have been given Jennyfer Kenez's name and phone number. While my husband and I were having a terrible time making decisions and needed someone immediately before certain contract jobs were completed, she came to our rescue (in spite of her very busy schedule). She has given us "peace of mind" and is guiding us very appropriately. Jenn is very smart in her approach. Jen was professional and experienced. She listened to my preferences and helped me choose colors for my new space. She was such a pleasure to work with. She chose excellent colors that lightened my living space, as she anticipated. She also went beyond my expectations and discussed decorating and furnishing possibilities. She made a very comprehensive chart of all that we selected. I appreciated her taking the time to relay my vision to the contractors. She was great! I would definitely recommend her.

Jennyfer analyses both space and function carefully to design creative solutions to projects. In first my office, and then our home, Jennyfer reconfigured an existing space to provide an updated look. She designed a wall unit for a media centre in our family room that we are thrilled with. Jennyfer's attention to detail, furniture sourcing and her colour sense was evident throughout both projects. In a third project, our guest room has now become a design focus on the second floor of our house. Jennyfer encouraged us to step out of our comfort zone with a fabric choice that gives the room the punch needed to make it look fresh and current. She was on time and on budget throughout - a delight to work with and highly recommended.
