Terrible experience with this builder. Rude, unprofessional and didn't even have the common decency to call me back! The only recommendation I can honestly give is do not use this company to build anything!

This is a great design build team. There homes reflect both a sense of quality and caring for the needs of the home owner. This is consistent whether they are building a $300,000 home or a $1,000,000 home.

Jennifer and Brandon are professional and ahead of their times. On a huge project last year, Street of Dreams in Edmond, OK, they were the new "KIDS" and ironically their house sold first. They come highly recommended in Edmond. They know what they are doing and they LOVE what they are doing! They both take the time to work closely with clients and make EVERY build about quality rather than making it about how fast and how many homes can be built in one year. Brandon and Jennifer Rader make dreams come true.

We have done business with Rader for the past 3 years and much like them, we are a family-owned company. Brandon and Jennifer make a dynamic team and they take great pride in their work. Can't rave enough about my 3 years of knowing the Rader's. Quite possibly the most genuine, sweet, down to earth and professional individuals, not to mention HARD WORKING individuals in town. They are precise, detail oriented and do what it takes to get any job done. This couple is highly dependable and trustworthy. Can't go wrong hiring the Rader team.

Rader Building Company is hands down the home owners choice for a new build!! My wife and I bought property on the east side of Edmond and Rader Building Company was our choice for a builder. Brandon and Jennifer Rader work hours that the average person couldn't handle to ensure the quality of their craft! Success doesn't come easy and this Company is no exception! B and J understand quality and customers. I have been to several of their new homes and was quietly trying to be critical of their building. They think of all of the minute details and They are both far more picky than I am. And I am very picky. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to move to Florida for our jobs and had to abandon our building plans on our property. It's this devotion to their craft that makes them the standout choice. Beside the fact that they are both salt of the earth and honest as a days is long!

We're in the process of building our retirement home with Rader. This is our first experience with building a home and we decided to go with Brandon and Jenn because of their attention to detail in many of their custom builds. Their recent home in the 2016 Street of Dreams was extraordinary. Since this is our first build, we weren't sure what to expect. So far the experience has been enjoyable and I don't expect that to change as we get closer to the finish line. As we worked through some issues(this was a custom build), both Brandon and Jenn had some great ideas and we think the final product is better than our original intentions.

I have worked with Brandon & Jennifer for several years now and have always had good experiences. They are creative, innovative and very in touch with their client's wants and needs. They work very well together and are not afraid to do new and different things. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build their dream home!

Jenn and Brandon are not only top notch builders but excellent human beings as well! This duo goes above and beyond for their customers and it shows. Their customers are always delightful and easy to work with, not always so with other builders by the trim stage. They give realistic budgets.
