A series of high winds damaged my roof by knocking almost all the shingles off my roof. I was very glad I looked up for a local repair company because that's how I found Jenkins Roofing. As stated, I received a call from Johnny immediately after my request for a quote. He gave me an excellent price and said they would be out the next day. This was excellent timing because I was afraid another windstorm was on its way. Johnny and his crew arrived on time. They politely introduced themselves and went right to work. They took photos of the damage and came back down to show me and reassure me my roof would be repaired in no time. As scheduled, they had it fixed and took more photos to show me what they had done. Replacing the shingles and the gutter system, and making sure the quality of work would withstand any windstorms. The shingles match perfectly and you can't tell we had any work done. They were completely professional and very nice to work with. I was incredibly impressed with my entire experience with Jenkins Roofing. They treated me like I was their best and favorite customer. A sincere thank to Johnny and the team for a job very well done. I won't hesitate to recommend Jenkins Roofing to everyone I know!

Couldn't Be Happier I hired Jenkins Roofing to do my roof after getting the run around from another local company which delayed my roof replacement by 2 1/2 months. I was in a bind, it was in the early of the project and the weather was becoming non-desirable for roofing, but I desperately needed the job done. I had several leaks causing interior damage daily and the summer heat was taking a toll on me. When I reached out to Jenkins Roofing, the lead contact person, Mike, understood my situation and immediately got an updated quote to price match and then came in with his team to my home with shingle selections. Jenkins Roofing was very professional in installing the new shingle roof, ridge vents and smart vents on my roof! The workers were friendly professional and efficient. My roof looks amazing! Job well done! I can't stop telling people about them! Even the gutter installation group they had install my new gutters was amazing! Friendly professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this Jenkins Roofing to anyone undertaking the large investment of a new roof. They will be with you every step of the way. Thanks so much guys!

We ultimately decided to wait to get our roof done, due to issues unrelated to our experience with Jenkins Roofing. We were looking to get tiles replaced, for aesthetic purposes only, and decided to wait to do the full roof in a few years. Johnny came out to inspect the roof and to prepare a bid. He was a consummate professional. We got bids from a couple other companies who pointed out all sorts of areas that needed additional work; items that increased those bids significantly. Johnny was honest and forthright, gave us his recommendation to get the roof done to our standards as well as what we could wait to do. Some of the other companies clearly exaggera the necessary scope of the work. We received a very reasonable bid later that day and Johnny followed up with a phone call to answer any lingering questions. Since we came across Jenkins Roofing we asked for references. I spoke to someone who recently used them for a multi unit housing development who had nothing but praise for their work. Ultimately, we decided that replacing our roof wasn't in the cards right now, but would easily seek out Jenkins Roofing in the future.

They were prompt and professional with giving us two detailed quote options and an in-person analysis of the root cause of our water damage and underlying issues. He was so kind and helpful and explained the whole re-roofing process and also helped us to understand it by answering each of our questions. Had lots of quotes..wasn't really convinced by price or people in Jenkins Roofing. Jake was recommended by a very good friend. He had nothing but positive reviews. I invited him over and he was clear about the problem. We redone the flat roof. It was a 1 day 1 man job. Very reasonably priced. Left the drive and property clean. He took before, during and after work pictures. Easy to contact. Very polite. Will be using Jenkins Roofing for work in the Summer.

I've had three roofers attempt to repair an on going roof leak and each time I've had to look for other roofers as the end result. Jenkins Roofing was the way to go after David came out to handle the repair work we've had plenty of rain to prove to us that the leak is had been repaired properly. David explained that he does a "heavy duty repair" on his roofing repair jobs. I sure liked the sound of that and everything else he showed us in pictures as he did the work. It's great to find someone do such honest hard work at a great price.
