Schwab Design Build

Schwab design build has been absolutely FANTASTIC. Chris and Jennifer's attention to my needs, knowing what I need before I know it, and their focus on outcome makes Schwab design build a remarkable duo. We have redone our 2 major living spaces ( front room, music room), our mudroom/laundry room and flooring/carpeting with SDB. Jennifer is meticulous, ahead of the curve in with ideas and concepts and is on target with her budget. She has navigated work that she deems subpar with tenacity and has been an invaluable resource and role model for conflict negotiation revolving around projects. Chris' work is far better than any other craftsman I have met. He is practical, leaves no traces and has a great eye for improvements and concepts. I have left SDB in my home alone for days upon end, they are totally safe and reliable. Everyone that walks into my home comments on their designs and attention to details that make the project "pop" Jennifer works with all budgets, she is approachable, open to any suggestions and take the time to really listen and incorporate ideas. She never seems disappointed with any choice I make, always seeing the best in a project and promoting my own sense of confidence. My husband and I can't say enough about this remarkable couple. You will be delighted with their product and more importantly as a business that espouses integrity and respect for your needs and home.

My team had the good fortune of working with Schwab Design Build in a recent home make-over. We furnished and installed cabinets in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Jennifer is very knowledgeable of the current design trends and is also very detail oriented. She was helpful in guiding the client through a maze of decisions like cabinet style, color, knobs, ETC. Chris and his crew did some amazing upgrades from a basic production-built house to a high end, custom, lake home. There were some quality related obstacles to overcome but the end result is truly astounding. A steep, dangerous basement stairway became a comfortable and attractive basement stairway.

This design and build team was fabulous to work with. In redesigning our kitchen we were looking to updatethe look and provide more seating at the Island for our family and entertaining. We had a vision of our perfect Kitchen, and this team made it happen. They delivered on time budgets, proposals and products. They had a weath of experience and knowledge when working with other vendors. Both Jen and Chris were so wonderful to work with, listening to our needs and wants, and also have so much expertise, that our kitchen was a dream come true for our family!
