Jeff was the first contractor that reached out to us and after meeting with him we stopped looking. He worked with us on the design until it fit our budget and has been awesome throughout the process. Has given great advice throughout the project keeping in mind our style and he communicates really well. He has been patient through changes that we’ve made at the last minute that I’m sure were not convenient for him, but he’s never let on or made us feel that way. The quality of service and work that he’s provided has made us look forward to the next project that we can do with him. After I purchased my home last summer I was eager to have it remodeled prior to moving in. I hired Advantage Services Construction to begin work on my dream space. Owner Jeff began the extensive project, including new kitchen cabinets, a basket-weave backsplash, tile entry, hardwood floors throughout, new paint and doors, renovated bathroom, and a new efficient heat pump. One of my favorite features is the waterfall mantel that mimics the quartz countertops which also have waterfall edges. When I moved in it felt like a new home. Jeff’s eye for detail, experience and knowledge (not only of products and trades, but design and function) was more than I expected. Our vision to turn my 1980s condo into a modern and comfortable space became a reality in a few months. Advantage Services is a high quality, experienced remodeling company that I recommend to everyone.

We purchased a home in early Nov, that needed complete interior painting, refinishing of all hardwood floors, all new carpeting and total remodel of the master bath. We wanted to be in the house by Christmas and Jeff turned his full attention to our project and had it completed in about six weeks right on schedule. i appreciate his meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship. Few contractors guarantee both labor and material for two years. I will recommend ASC to anyone wanting a quality remodel.

Jeff is a professional in every aspect of his trade. He takes every step to assure perfection to each of his clients. Jeff has a very high standard for the products going into each project and it's an honor for me to be able to work with someone with so much pride in his work. I would not recommend working with Jeff/Advantage Services Construction. I engaged him for a couple small projects and we eventually ended up going our separate ways. The designer I was working with also said that she was no longer going to be working with him, after his pattern of communication/style. He is adversarial in his communication style. Not only adversarial, but does not communicate clearly. He placed a materials order for me without having a contract in place, pointing to an email exchange as our basis, and kept that hanging over my head. Mind you, this was in the context of me being in Paris last November when the terrorist attacks happened. When I mentioned to him apologies for the delay in responding and mentioning I was literally in a restaurant/pub where people were killed, he didn't even acknowledge that, and asked if I had signed a contract. He eventually walked away from fulfilling the scope of our retainer agreement, and I had to pick up the pieces working directly with the designer, which was all for the best. Feel free to give him a shout, but I think you'll pick up on his style in one meeting with him. Think about this... is this the type of person you want to have in your home for weeks or months? I recommend looking elsewhere.

Jeff, Wayne and Jannine are a great team. With decades of experience Jeff brought professionalism, creativity and an excellent work ethic to the project. Jeff kept me apprised of the work and expenses as things were progressing. I was consulted about all the details and he had some creative ideas which I appreciated. Wayne was an excellent assistant with an eye for detail and Jannine was available whenever I needed her inspiration with my design. I have had nothing but glowing compliments from friends and family, especially those who saw the "before" situation! I highly recommend this team for ANY remodel project.

I have worked with Jeff & ASC on about a dozen projects. What sets ASC apart from other contractors is his attention to detail. Jeff is very particular about the end result and the quality of work from the people he has working for him. He always puts the customer first and goes to great lengths to provide the greatest outcome. I'm proud to be a trade ally with ASC and wouldn't hesitate to use him if I was in the market for a significant remodel project myself.

This is the fourth project that we have used Advantage Services for and could not be happier with the outcome. Latest project involved a complete kitchen remodel, front entry remodel, replacement of the guest bathroom bathtub with a walk-in shower and new tile floor and replacement of an outside wooden deck with an upper and lower concrete patio area connected by stairs. The quality and finish of the work provided by Advantage Services is second to none. The project was completed on time and within budget. We remained in the home during the project with minimal disruption to our normal daily routine.

When remodeling our Master Bath, we knew we wanted something special... and that is exactly what we got! Jeff and his designers came up with ideas we would have never thought of. The craftsmanship of their work was only complimented further by the materials Advantage Services recommended. I also want to point out how professional the entire process was. From design through completion everything went as was described. I especially liked how at the end of each work day, the crew cleaned up their mess so that we did not have to live in it. We have had Jeff do several complex jobs in our home over 16 years. Our latest project was a major remodel of our kitchen and living areas. It included a reconfiguration of the kitchen, custom cabinets, complete wall tile, new appliances, plumbing and electrical updates, refinishing of existing wood floors plus additional new wood flooring in the family room, upstairs bath and hall, extensive painting throughout the house and re-grouting of an existing shower. The project came in ahead of schedule and to our complete satisfaction! Since we first knew Jeff, we came to understand he has a deep sense of perfection in his and his subs’ work. His commitment to customer satisfaction is a rare commodity in today’s world and refreshing to experience. We know he thoroughly understands the building process and will have a logical solution to every undertaking. He stands by his work and if anything is not satisfactory, he will fix it. He gives you a timeline for the project and does everything possible to stick to it. He lets you know when he or his subs will be coming to work, and you can rely on them being there. He communicates any variance from the schedule ahead of time and never leaves you “hanging”. Our entire project spanned eight weeks. The result is that we truly have a dream kitchen and beautiful updates to our home. We’re already thinking of our next project and hope Jeff will be able to make yet another transformation to our home.

Advantage Services Construction was the builder of a custom home we recently finished. The owner, Jeff Lightfoot, paid attention to detail throughout the project and kept us on our projected timeline. He painstakingly watched over subcontractors and kept them on task. Despite the inherent nature of new construction dust and noise, our new neighbors were impressed with how organized our construction site was kept during the process.
