We had Jeff draw conceptual and planting plans for our front and back yards. He is amazing. He took into consideration our styles, our triangle lot, our plant preferences, etc. We have taken a few years to do the install in pieces and have had him back to do consults as we progress. As the yard grows in it is absolutely everything we dreamed of.

We hired Mr. Gamboni to provide landscape design including plants, pool and fence. Our experience with Mr. Gamboni was superlative. We would recommend him for landscape design services without reservation. More details of our experience are stated below. Thanks to Jeff Gamboni, our back yard is now a banquet for the eyes and soul. Mr. Gamboni has created a space that is a feast for all our senses. Through his aesthetic and common sense, experience and expertise he was able to anticipate problems and provide solutions for our long term enjoyment and to provide solutions to issues that might arise as we proposed various design options. Although Mr. Gamboni has two degrees from Harvard, he is very unassuming and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and planned our yard so as to meet and exceed our expectations. Our property backs on to a park that often has many visitors. It was therefore very important to us to provide privacy. When he designed our pool and yard he anticipated this need by created interesting visual barriers with a fence as well as plants that gives us privacy while still keeping the yard open and inviting. Our friends and family even ask us to host events so that they can spend time enjoying our yard. He created areas in our yard for entertaining, gardening and playing. Mr. Gamboni’s design and selection of flowers and plants is not only visually beautiful, but, also has attracted humming birds, butterflies and bees which enhances the whole experience and enjoyment of our yard. The pink, blue and light colors that we asked for are a perfect compliment to the deep blue plaster and gray tile he selected for our pool. Mr. Gamboni designed the pool with an elliptical shape that is the perfect compliment to the shape of our yard. Since the redesign of our yard, our family has gone from staying inside and watching TV to living outside and enjoying the wonderful oasis of natural beauty Mr. Gamboni created. The yard is so enjoyable that we are planning to build a pizza oven and additional raised vegetable beds to further extend the time we spend enjoying the yard and our new pool.

The Office of Jeffrey F. Gamboni did a full design for our entire property. We then asked if we could just implement some specific portions of the plan until we were able to fund the entire design. They agreed to this, helping us to communicate with and oversee the work of contractors on a new fence, a large new patio surface, and a couple specific plantings. We couldn't be happier with their work. In fact, they exceeded our greatest hopes and expectations by an order of magnitude. We learned things we didn't know we could even ask about. They patiently answered our questions and rolled with our many changes. But most importantly, we just LOVE looking at and being in the areas of the improvements. LOVE it! And even something as simple as a fence, it just turned out to be so beautiful - I just never would have guessed that the work of a landscape architect could make THAT much of a difference. We are all the more eager to complete our master plan.

Recently we worked with Mr. Gamboni on our backyard landscape. Jeff took into consideration the feelings of both my husband and I regarding our backyard vision. Jeff's level of professionalism, knowledge, consideration and patience make him a dream to work with on any landscape project. Jeff shared the aspects of landscape knowledge explaining the placement of plants, trees and flowers are truly important in comparison with light, shade and weather aspects. He made it look easy from the beginning to end. From Jeff's plans, to planting and even his extra tips on maintenance have me looking at all landscapes in a whole new light. With technology, daily pressures of the workforce in the evening, trekking to my new sanctuary makes everyday an exhale moment. Not only for me but each part of the garden has something for every member of the family!! We now enjoy coffee klatches, wine down moments and family BBQ's creating priceless memories for all ages.
