We were thrilled with both the process and final result of our project! Our newly-purchased condo needed renovation and updating. Brandon Delgado was a total professional and a pleasure to work with. Brandon kept on budget and on time, and kept us updated since we were 2,000 miles away during the time work was going on. Each of the subcontractors did a great job and Brandon assured their efforts were coordinated and completed as scheduled. Brandon offered advice and helpful suggestions throughout the process. I have worked with Jeffery Wolf Contracting for 20 years. I own a wood flooring company. I have always known Jeff to be conscientious. Jeff Wolf is the most honest contractor you will ever work with in your life. He pays a lot of attention to detail and is very creative.

We are coming to the end of our home remodel that began about seven months ago. It's been a challenging and exciting undertaking seeing as we are doing an extensive remodel. Jeffery M. Wolf General Contractor came highly recommended to us. We've remodeled other homes we've owned in the past but never something this extensive. So we have some substantial experience working with contractors. Jeff and his team have proven over and over again their competence, knowledge of the best people to do the job, attention to detail, problem solving capabilities and especially their honesty. And then there's the quality of the working relationship. Jeff , Brandon and Peter could not be more personable, engaging and easy to work with. If challenging situations arise ( and they do occasionally in extensive remodels ) they are able to work through them in a calm sensible way and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion. Finally, I'll just say that my wife and I have been very pleased with our choice of Jeffery M. Wolf General Contractor and we'd highly recommend them for any project looming in your future.

JMWolf General Contractors did a superb top-to-bottom job for us. The property (1920s bungalow) needed leveling, new plumbing, new roof, new bedroom and bath, patios, walkways, a porch, a big threatening tree removed, new electric and water services, new complicated stairs to the second floor, etc. And most of that had to be done while we were 1500 miles away and seldom there! Highly qualified team. Good communications. Good cost estimates. Could say more!

We required a near total renovation after a significant flood in our master bathroom. This affected not only the master bathroom, but the master bedroom, master closets, significant portion of the hallway and staircase in addition to the entire kitchen and living room below. The entire project required removal of all affected drywall, hardwood flooring, subflooring and door/window frames which were involved. These all had to be reconstructed after humidity readings came down to acceptable levels

I had windows restored and the exterior house painted. The window restoration was a small project but they gave us excellent advice on what needed to be replaced vs. what could be salvaged. They helped us make decisions on how best to restore and replace our 1930s era windows. The painter was friendly and hard-working. He used top quality paint and primer for an enduring paint job. He was also extremely meticulous. Overall, Jeffery M. Wolf General Contractor, Inc. were timely, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Next week will be the start of my eighth year at McNulty Lofts. My project went from bear beams to a wonderfully finished loft, thanks to Jeff Wolf. He's an honest, follow through contractor that I highly recommend. Eight years later and I'm still happy with his work. Over these past years, I've seen Brandon become an important part of a project. Team work.

Jeff and Brandon did a complete remodel of the master bath in my 90 year old house in the Historic Old Northeast. I continued to live in the adjoining master bedroom while work progressed. They put up a plastic wall to create a pathway for workers to transit my bedroom while keeping the room private and clean. Clean is in fact what the whole house was during their work. Even my cleaning lady couldn't believe it. She'd had other clients who'd done similar renovations and their houses ended up full of dust. Not so with Jeff and Brandon. The house was vacuumed every day and the house stayed clean. I was so happy with the bathroom I had them rebuild the half of my garage that faces the alley, turning two small garage doors into one big door and beefing up the whole building structurally. They did a great job. Two weeks! Not bad. These guys are honest and conscientious and schedule work in as optimal a fashion as possible. Nothing is more frustrating than days where no work gets done. There were very few of those. And, Work was done on budget! Subs were knowledgable and helpful. I'm already contemplating other projects.

Jeff and his crew have been working with me on my 1940's house on Snell Isle for the last couple of years. I always am finding a project. Jeff and his team are incredibly reliable, and always go the extra mile....or two....to ensure the job is completed on time, on budget, and that my house looks great. I have appreciated the personal attention that Jeff has given to me and my house, and his honesty with his recommendations. I would strongly recommended Jeff and his team to anyone who is looking to remodel large or small areas of their home.

The Jeffery M Wolf Company did a major addition and renovation of a spectacular new bathroom and grand closet/dressing room for us. The completed project has exceeded our dreams. In addition, Jeff and Team took on a number of other renovation and high - end new projects in our home, including: a state-of-the art roofing project, designing and installing Tuscan Lanais' with stone and exquisite and detailed wood carvings, complete renovation (marble, plumbing, lighting, fixtures, paint) of four existing bathrooms, complete waterproofing and painting of the exterior of our home, replacement of a number of windows and french doors, as well as, replacing our Hurricane Shutters and related systems. It is without hesitation that we can say The Jeffery Wolf Team is at the top of their game.

The things that Jeff does are incredible. I have been privileged to be in a national builders group through the NAHB 20 clubs. Jeff's level of attention to detail is completely unmatched. Having had the opportunity to go through some of the homes that Jeff has built, and being a custom builder myself, I can attest to the quality and craftsmanship that has been produced.
