With almost 30 years of personal professional industry experience, it is safe to say this is the worst contractors I have ever worked with. Not only did he leave the project unfinished, the work that was done was full of code violations and blatant fire hazards spotted by myself as well as the building inspector. I spent a full year remediating the work that was done and the collateral damages. Not only has this cost me over 3 times original estimate. I had to put my own business on hold to remediate and oversee the work that was done. So in the end the cost is even higher than that. In the end, we were lucky that he walked off the job or else we would have certainly had a house fire. If you've had work done in the past by this company I highly recommend having it inspected by a reputable contractor, even if it means tearing out the walls. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, most of them are likely written by his friends. The owner himself said that he only enjoys works with his friends and one of the reasons he walked off the job was he didn't see us being friends after the project was done.

We've done several projects with Reflections and have enjoyed each experience. They purchase our outdoor structures for fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and BBQ islands and firepits to install and add the finishing touches. Jeff and his team are enthusiastic and passionate about what they do- and it shows in their projects. The attention to detail and creativity is inspiring! We always look forward to working with them.
