Jason came to our home with samples from assorted manufacturers and budget ranges to help us select window coverings for two bedrooms in our new construction. He provided excellent advice on types of shades and mechanisms to use for our specific needs. Installation was so satisfying, we had Jason back to supply shades for an office and drapes for a bedroom; all expertly installed. We are delighted with the way the selections work in our overall interior design. Jason is very responsive, professional and efficient; and a pleasure to work with.

For years my wife and I have thought about wooden shutters for our home and finally pulled the trigger earlier this year, calling on Rendezvous Shutters to make it happen. What we discovered was skill, timeliness, and, though the shutters were not inexpensive, affordability. Jason was accurate in his measurements, and instillation seemed almost second nature to him. Rendezvous was very professional and personable which I really appreciated. I was given all my options after they saw and measured the space. I chose one based on their recommendation and was able to order that day. Once Rendezvous received the product they promptly made an appointment to install. Installation was very quick and efficient and we are very happy with with our shutters! From our initial contact with Jason, he was very understanding and attentive to our needs. He provided a variety of ideas he thought would work for us. He came to our home bringing samples we could choose from, took accurate measurements and gave us an estimate which fit within our budget. Our shutters were ordered right away and Jason gave us a time frame for installation which was more than reasonable for custom made shutters. The day of installation, Jason wasted not a minute taking precaution in setting up his work station so as not to disturb our bedroom. His professionalism was exhibited as he worked without stopping until all was completed. He took time to explain the various ways the shutters can be used, answered our questions and I'm sure he even answered the same question more than once. Rendezvous provided shades for the office suite of the church. We had a tight budget. They were particularly helpful in helping us to clarify our requirements and providing three good solutions to the issue; all of them were well within our budget. The shades arrived and were installed properly by the dates promised.

We hired Rendezvous Shutters - Shades - Drapery to help us with window coverings for our remodeled master bath. We have a corner tub with two large garden windows for which we wanted window treatments that would provide us some privacy, be able to open from top down and/or bottom up, and still allow for lots of natural light. Rendezvous came up with the perfect solution with a pleated shade that checked off all of our boxes. With the excellent installation, the job is complete and we are very pleased. When my dog damaged the slats on my shutters ( by biting into them), Jason came up with a solution to replace the damage slats and did so in an economical way. The extremely competent design staff at Rendezvous were a pleasure to work with. I and two other owners volunteered for the daunting task of completely redecorating our condominium's clubhouse, including a large social and dining area, restrooms, library and homeowners' association office. We worked closely with the owner and her staff on the design and fabric and furnishing choices. They completely understood our needs, and incorporated our ideas throughout the entire project, and were mindful of our budget. Our many items were carefully delivered on time, and exactly as promised. We were happy with the discounts we received. We were pleased with the finished product...a beautiful, fresh, new, functional space that all homeowners are enjoying.
