We believe in process and progress equally, never compromising talent, craft, beauty or quality. We specialize in custom-made cabinetry, libraries, entertainment centers, wall treatments, wainscotings, furniture, encompassing the traditional to multi-mediums. Working largely in wood, metal, concrete, and fabric.

Joe provided a final product beyond my expectations - I’ve grown accustomed to cookie cutter solutions, but Joe aided me in vocalizing my vision for the product. He stuck to his timelines and costs. Joe is professional beyond all else, and I will recommend him to anyone looking for a custom solution in their home

I hired Joe in October to build custom doors in my home, he responded and offered an estimate right away and he delivered the job on the day he said he would. I recommended Joe a few weeks later to a friend who needed custom work done in their retail store with a very difficult timeline and Joe came through. Great work and good attention to completion dates. Hard worker and you tell he enjoys his craft.

Hired Joe to do trim, doors and millwork. He was very thorough and detailed and produced high quality work. He was conscientious, ensuring to protect existing floors and finishes and cleaned up daily. He understood how do work respectfully in someone's house. Highly recommend.

Superior workmanship and a very nice guy to boot. I needed a new solid wood door in the entryway of my condo. It also needed to be stained the correct shade to match the other unit on the floor. Joe definitely delivered. It looks great and matches wall. I don't have photos handy, but I'll look to add them in later. Also feel free to message me for photos.

Joe was a pleasure to work with from start to finish of the project. Joe answered my call and questions over the phone and we set up a date for him to come see our home. When he arrived he was punctual, very knowledgeable and friendly. We had plans from a designer, Joe was able to offer his expert advice to tweak some plans and made our home even better then we had hoped. He gave us a realistic timeline and completed the project within the dates, even with several modifications and within budget. His work is clean, precise and high quality. We will be working with Joe on future projects. Bonus- our kids love Mr. Joe!! Projects completed in our home: 3 built-ins with shelves, doors and marble counter tops 1 sliding barn door to hide a custom vestibule area with cubbies and shelves.

Joe did a spectacular job on our tables for the restaurant. The amount of detail Joe and his crew put into their work is enormous. I would highly recommend Joe for any job where you want a unique design that nobody else has.

We hired Joseph to build a dream wet bar at our new home. Joe did an amazing job. We are blown away. His work is exceptional. He was reliable, professional, and went out of his way to help us with any questions and decisions, and to provide guidance whenever asked. He has an eye for art, and all of his recommendations were dead-on. I give him the highest recommendation. If you want it done correctly the first time, he is your man. We are already looking for more work for him. Note: My wife and I are renovating the whole room, so the mess in the pictures is ours, not his.

I hired Joseph to build-out a coffee shop inside a local Philadelphia hospital and what a fabulous job he did! He demonstrated an ardent interest in and compassion for his craft and a natural giftedness in processing and synthesizing complex issues and difficult topics precocious to his level of expertise and training. Joseph has a diverse and impressive academic background and training that enables him to view complex principles and difficult situations with great insight that resulted in prompt solutions and efficient time management. He is one of the most engaging, motivated, bright and pleasant people I have ever worked with.

I’m an interior designer and always looking for great talent to partner with. Joe worked with me on installing locking cabinet doors for a built in bookshelf in a brownstone in Center City Philadelphia. The process started with a brainstorming session where Joe brought many solutions and suggestions to me and my client. He is both creative and practical with his solutions and his sketches are helpful in understanding the exact look. When we decided to move forward with the project, he was communicative, speedy, and professional. My client is very happy with how the project came to fruition and is inquiring about additional projects. Joe was a pleasure to work with!

He and his crew were timely, professional, and provided top quality workmanship. Joseph D'Ambro always does an amazing job, he has done 3 bathroom jobs, 2 full gut and other was not but he manages to give some creative alternatives saving time and money! He is a very talented carpenter and can literally make you anything, custom wood countertops were done in both our house at home and at the beach, different but both beautiful. His cabinetry work is really something to see, he installed custom cabinets/ lockers in my mud room so everyone in my family has a place to put their stuff, and I got pantry space as well, placed above; a seat that opens up to keep shoes and boots, it really organized our family. In the dining room, he did custom waincoating and he also made a beautiful mantle for the fireplace ... love his work and can't wait to have him back

We had the pleasure of working with Joseph D'Ambro on numerous design and construction projects . Joseph did an amazing job of understanding exactly what we hope to accomplish and we appreciated his suggestions and guidance. Joseph's projects are second to none. Joseph is truly an artist , combining unique design with functionality. It was obvious to us that only the best materials were used because everything is still in perfect condition . We have had many compliments and have felt completely comfortable referring Joseph to friends and family. Looking forward to starting another fabulous custom project !!!!
