I had no idea what window coverings I wanted. Just new with our new windows I wanted to replace luminettes and a wide plantation blind to let more light in. Leslie immediately knew what would work best and helped us select the perfect Silhouette® window shadings. They "disappear" and indeed allow maximum light in and allow us to enjoy our beautiful windows and the great outdoors. Fernando and Mario were extremely friendly & professional. They installed the shades quickly, perfectly, and cleaned the sills before leaving. Could not be more pleased.

From the initial meeting with Denise to schedule with Claudia, and finally the install with Jaime, this is been one of the easiest projects in my house. I will definitely use their services again. DECO provided me an outstanding experience in the selection and installation of my shades and shutters. Not only did Leslie provide great service in the selection of my window fashions, she also worked hard to answer all of my questions. And, the window coverings arrived on time, and even earlier than expected! In addition, their prices were very competitive with other bids I had received. Installation was a breeze; Jaime arrived on time and all of my shades and shutters were expertly installed. He took care in cleaning up any packing material so that the home was left pristine. I couldn't be happier with the entire process at DECO. The shades and shutters look great! I would highly recommend DECO for your window fashion needs.

We spent a few thousand dollars with Windows Deco Fashion, Claudia and James, to purchase the high-end Hunter Douglas electric shades with remote controls. About a couple of years later one of them started malfunctioning. I have called them four times to come and fix it and each time I get the " we will check our schedule and call you back" treatment. I am so disappointed in their customer service and the way they take care of their client. Buyer be ware! They were very nice when it was time for me to spend the money and purchase the product, told me it has 5 years warranty but now that I need them they are not responding!!!! UPDATE: Since the review, James and Caludia both called me and apologized for their employees poor communication. James came over and tried to fix the issue and Caludia is ordering new motor for the broken shades through Hunter Douglas. I appreciate them trying to fix the problem.

We approached Deco Window Fashions because we wanted to purchase Hunter Douglas window treatments for every window in our new home. Deco Window Fashions helped us browse through all the window treatments in their showroom and showed us all the beautiful fabric and light control possibilities. The result was our selecting the perfect honeycomb shades that are called top-down, bottom-up, and are perfect for our aesthetics and privacy needs. One thing we liked was their easy-going attitude with our sometimes last minute, change of mind, and accommodating our need to explore all the window treatment options. We found the experience relaxed, creative, and fully rewarding. We would recommend Deco Window Fashions to people wanting to be confident and happy in their window treatment decisions.

We hired DECO Window Fashions to replace all our window treatments. After reaching to several people for quotes, they came in with the most competitive prices. Claudia listened to what we had in mind and gave us the pros/cons of what we wanted to do. At the end of the day, we came out with a finished project that felt a lot more polished thanks to her. The order arrived fairly quickly and Claudia helped us with the adjustments we needed as aftercare. We're glad we went with DECO Window fashions and would do it again.

I had a great experience working with Claudia and her husband. They provide fed custom plantation shutters that complete my home so nicely. They were responsive, professional and provided expert advice. I love the finished product and will be coming back for more shades in other areas of the house. I highly recommend this company!

We had a very good experience with DECO Window Fashions. Leslie Plas came out to measure and advise regarding product and color choices. She was knowledgeable and efficient. We chose the Alustra shade. We got the product when promised and the install was done by the owner, James Covian, who was also very helpful and friendly. We are very happy with the look and operation in our room. We will likely be having them out for another window in an adjacent area.
