Many construction management companies will outline a level of experience similar to ours, however our company is built upon principles and values that we believe set us apart: primarily advocating value and precision on behalf of our clients from the onset, and working as part the collective project team to ensure total customer satisfaction. An integral part of our philosophy is to study the details of the project from as early in the design of the project as possible, and add value at each subsequent step in the building process. It’s in this way we’re able to mitigate risk and provide increased cost certainties before the project begins to deliver a successful outcome at the end. It’s why we say, we’re with you all the way. Founded in 2012, JBR is a relatively new company; but a company founded on deep experience. Our principals Kevin Raffler, Warren Barrow and Matt Kokan have a collective 50 years’ experience managing residential and commercial projects including custom homes, renovations, commercial projects and tenant improvements with some of British Columbia’s most prestigious construction companies, architects, and clients.
