We employed J Holloway Builders to renovate an Edwardian heritage house. Of note there was limited access to the property with only the front door available to get everything in and out of the building site. We were particularly concerned that such extensive renovations were going to be considerably hindered by this factor, as the build itself involved the addition of an upper storey floor, restoration of the entire ground floor, new front and back yards (including a poo)l, full home automation and installation of a fairly large indoor aquarium! In the end, we were considerably impressed that the whole process was carried out effectively and without a problem. Jason was organised and efficient with all aspects of the renovation. Not to mention, the whole process was carried out during the first Covid-19 lockdown, and for all involved was uncharted territory. Despite this, the construction was not held up significantly mainly due to Jason's thorough planning and execution. He was transparent with all aspects of the build and helped us in anticipating and trouble-shooting any concerns that arose. Jason worked well with our architect, communication was always paramount, in-depth and without delay. Jason has done an amazing job on our home and we can't recommend him highly enough! As he has said to us frequently throughout the renovations "anything is possible!"

We worked closely on a 1.3M Additions and Alterations project in South Melbourne with Jason. As architects, we have high standards for quality, attention to detail, service, and the managing of the program. J Holloway Builders exceeded these expectations and the owners were incredibly happy with the final outcome by all parties involved.
