Occupied consultations start @ $150 and include written staging plan. Vacant staging cost includes a one-time staging fee paid up front and covers move-in, move-out, and all time associated with the project. Furniture and décor for vacant homes are leased on a monthly basis at the discretion of the seller. We typically pro-rate the first month based on date of installation and can pro-rate on the back end as well through the client's NC due diligence date once the home goes under contract.

Jamie did a great job in advising my client how to arrange furniture, remove pictures and repaint certain areas. My clients did what she advised and we got multiple offers. I will definitely use her services again.

Centerpiece Home Staging staged our investment property for sale. We sold it for full-asking price in 4 days! Granted, it was a hot area and the house was practically new when we were finished, but the staging is what sold it. Everything they brought in was clean, well-maintained and beautifully curated. It definitely looked like a show home, yet very comfortable and inviting. They were also great about coming and going. They arrived when they said they would, set up and then moved out on the day they committed. I'll definitely use them again.

Jamie was absolutely instrumental in the quick sale of my house. Without her expertise I am sure it would have taken longer for my home to sell, and nowhere near the final sale price. She worked around my schedule, and was very flexible in timing, and entering/exiting the home. She even helped with recommendations for interior paint color. I highly recommend her services.

I Used Centerpiece Home staging to stage my home in the Ballantyne area. Previous to that, I listed my home and didn't stage it. The first listing remained on the market for 6 months with no offers. I then switched realtors and she recommended Centerpiece Home stagers. I followed their direction and when re listed and back on the market my home sold in three days at $13,000.00 over the asking price. Very happy with the results. Staging makes all the difference!
