I have had the good fortune to have dealt with Jade Landscape and Design for over 20 years. In that time they have done three landscape projects for me. One project was for a commercial property and the other two residential. In all three cases these projects were complex and required significant adjustments from the original designs in order for the landscape objectives to be achieved. In addition all three projects were designed by professional landscape designers who came up with lots of excellent ideas. Turning those ideas into a truly superior finished product is a combination of resourcefulness, perseverance and, at times, almost fanatical attention to detail. Chris Brayman and his team have accomplished this each and every time they have completed these projects for me and will for you as well. Before our most recent landscape project was completed our yard was unremarkable and most people who walked by the house never looked up or paid it a second glance. Since completion of our landscaping by Jade, it is not uncommon for passers by to stop and take a leisurely gander at the masterpiece that Chris Brayman and his team created.

Chris and his team were professional and friendly through the whole project. On time and on budget, the whole process was more fun then anything and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We love our new backyard!

We contracted with Jade for a complete yard overhaul in 2019. They came highly recommended from colleagues. Our project consisted of: concrete patio demolition, yard excavation and regrade, tree removal, patio stone and fire table installation, creation of walkways and garden beds , extensive tree and shrub plantings with feature boulders, window well construction and rectification, construction of a small deck and (prefab) sauna with outdoor shower and fire pit, and installation of an irrigation system and landscape lighting. Despite a challenging summer weather-wise, Jade came through on budget and within the projected timeline to deliver us the perfect end result. Chris and his team were easy to work with and we were really impressed with their communication/responsiveness as well as their attention to detail. We also appreciated that whenever issues did arise they were solution oriented and transparent re impacts on pricing and timeline. Another bonus is that Chris only surrounds himself with other professionals - he referred us to a landscape designer (Angela James), electrician (Silverfern) and builder (McMaster Custom) and they were all great. We have been getting lots of use out of the sauna this winter and can't wait to finally enjoy our yard this coming summer. We highly recommend using Jade Landscaping.

Chris and his team are fantastic! We don’t know anything about gardening, he helped us develop a beautiful plan.
