Legacy Kitchen & Bath

All of our new house cabinetry was designed by Jacqueline Scott and installed through Legacy Kitchen and Bath. This was done over 10 years ago and we are still completely happy with them. We were very stressed during the construction process and Ms. Scott was incredibly patient and easy to work with. She also interfaced well with the construction people - project manager, plumbers, electricians, etc. She spent many hours with us designing the kitchen, cabinets in two bathrooms, and a wall of cabinets and drawers in the bedroom to take the place of a dresser. She had many innovative ideas but also was very open to incorporating our "must-haves." Later she designed a wall of cabinets in our living room. Since then she has always responded quickly if any problems occurred. We would recommend her without reservation.

Recommended by my architect, I worked with Legacy Kitchen & Bath on a complete home tear down/remodel project. Because I was downsizing, it was very important to maximize use of space and reduce clutter in the kitchen, office and bathroom areas while also enhancing and complementing these areas with quality materials, workmanship, design utility, and style. Mission accomplished! Three years later, I am still delighted by the end result, not to mention the pleasure of a truly collaborative working relationship with Jacquie, the owner of the company. Jacquie Scott came to my rescue when our kitchen/great room flooded. Our family was living in a mess and I needed a kitchen designer as soon as possible. She came highly recommended and she offered a price we couldn't refuse. As the time approached to pick out cabinetry, Jacque showed me several samples of the Bellmont Series, one in which was custom fit to maximize my kitchen space. She also let me know of all the benefits Bellmont has to offer as well as the many individualized choices there were for organizing. I am absolutely in love with my cabinets and many people who come into our home compliment on how beautiful my kitchen turned out! The special features she recommended and the style of kitchen she helped me select were all perfect choices. Maximizing my kitchen space was one of the biggest gifts Jacquie could give me. I love cooking with ease and she allowed that to be possible. Legacy provided a kitchen and bath cabinetry layout for our spec house. Jacqueline also provided the countertops and under cabinet lighting. She came out to the site and assisted the other trades with layout which is a great value add for us. During install of the project there were many follow up site visits which made the project flow well and the end result was outstanding.

Jacquie Scott at Legacy Kitchen & Bath was a delight to work with. We had a very complex kitchen renovation to include building and integrating new cabinets with existing, reconfiguring and expanding an island, installing new granite countertops, new appliances, new pendant lights and under-cabinet lighting, new backsplash, and new hardwood flooring through most of the house. Jacquie's knowledge, experience, professionalism, and expert subcontractors made all go well for us. From the perspective drawings she prepared at the beginning that let us envision how the renovated kitchen would look, to her attention to detail throughout, providing for each and every piece of moulding, cabinetry detail and feature, Jacquie was able to bring the project to a successful conclusion and was able to deliver everything under budget and thousands below the next best bid. She allowed us to do the demo work ourselves to reduce cost. Aside from welcome savings, Jacquie achieved an outcome that earned our highest recommendation.

Jackie’s attention to detail was exemplary. She delivered not only what we asked but what we wanted which is a skill set that few possess. In fact we were so happy with the finished product that 5 years later we contracted her to help us with a very extensive vacation home remodel where her vision was so helpful to the get the best use of space to maximize the efficiency of the home yet still the updated look that we were hoping to accomplish. Legacy Kitchen and Bath is the most professional organization. The owner Jacquline Scott listened to my budget limit along with my decorating ideas/vision for my kitchen remodel. If I was not pleased with the way an item in the remodel project looked when assembled or if there were blemishes or any other problems or concerns, Legacy Kitchen and Bath quickly resolved any issues, concerns or problems I had. Her team of contractors, electricians , etc. were superior crafts people. My kitchen remodel is beautiful and elegant just the way I envision my kitchen remodel to be. I am awed by my remodel. Jacquie was instumental in providing her expertise in not only our kitchen and bathroom cabinetry but specialty units for our entertainment, office, bar and a fabulous murphy bed with side units that are perfect for visiting guests. Both my husband and myself and our contractor found Jacquie easy and fun to work with. She provided all drawings and products in a timely manner. I would hire her again and recommend her to anyone looking to renovate or build their dream home.

When I was introduced to Legacy Kitchen & Bath , I had already chosen the kitchen cabinets I wanted in my new house. She suggested I have a look at what her supplier had to offer and I was hesitant to take the time to go. A girlfriend who was helping me suggested we both go so we did. I did not take part in any of the tour that was given us as again I was adamant that I knew which cabinets I wanted. So while my girlfriend toured around seeing all the various types of cabinets etc available, I stayed in the showroom. While waiting, I looked through their sample cabinets and found the color/ stain finish that I absolutely loved. ( more than the one that I thought I had wanted ! ) Well, I had to find them and tell them and start the whole process going. It held up my house as we'd already planned on the first cabinet choice but it was worth it. My cabinets are the most beautiful I have ever seen and Jacquie made that happen!
