It was great working with Jacque Vozzella OF TOPNOTCH DESIGN STUDIO. She was very patient and professional all the way....with various changes here and there. My hubby and I were very satisfied with how our kitchen came out so beautifully, with full back splash Cambria Brittanica. Project was completed in a timely manner. I really liked how she took time out to coordinate with my general contractor and Direct Granite in ensuring that everything came out just right!! Jacque Vozzella did a great job guiding us through the design process. She solved problems, tolerated our changes, and created a great cat feeding station. We love our gray cabinets, white counters, and orange backsplash. Installation went smoothly and all on the punch list was completed.

Our project was a total kitchen renovation with a specific budget. Jacque was warm and welcoming when we entered the showroom and made an on site visit to the house within two weeks. During the design process, she listened to our ideas, made recommendations that kept the flow of the kitchen in tact, and made great suggestions that utilized the space in a very efficient manner. When choosing cabinets, counter tops and flooring, she guided us in a direction that kept us within budget. Changes were minimal during the process, the workmen polite, professional and very skilled, and communicated any construction issues to us in a timely manner. I highley recommend Jacque, not only for her design skills but also for her customer service. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and know that it has added great value to our house.

I shopped for a designer when I shopped for my new kitchen and cabinetry, and I know what I like, so when I saw things I wanted, I bought them, but I was not sure how it was all going to go together. I went to a half dozen places and felt no connection, warmth, or real interest from the sales people and designers I met, until I met Jacque. She was excited to get involved, not put off that I bought things that did not go through her, and she sure knew what she was talking about. Everything I would not have thought of was raised and addressed before placing that order for cabinets, and although somethings didn't come through as ordered, Jacque handled it like the professional she is. I have nothing to add about BKD; but Jacque is a gem.
