I can also review project plans and advise on budgeting and the steps you'll need to go through with your build. If you then want to proceed, I can arrange meetings with relevant trades for you, so we can help progress your project accordingly and oversee everything for you.
Home Concierge - I can advise on what needs maintaining within your property, find trusted trades to do this, as well as monitor and set-up meetings for the trades to undertake the works as and when needed. Within this service, you can call Ivy Project Management for any urgent ad hoc jobs that may need attention and I will arrange everything for you within 24 hours. This service provides you with peace of mind and you only need to contact me to arrange it all - a truly personalised service each time!
