The order process was excellent. I ordered Plantation Shutters for an ensuite, main bathroom and toilet. Blinds were delivered in around seven days from ordering - excellent! Very well packaged. I had quite a few boxes in the delivery; all were clearly marked so no problem identifying which box was for which room. I found the "how to assemble" video easy to follow. Best of all, they look great.

I've used roller blinds (incl sunscreen and motorised products), Roman blinds, Venetians and sheer curtains from iSeek in three different houses now, including a rental. I cannot recommend them enough. High quality products that are still going strong after 5+ years. Customer service has always been excellent. I needed to have a sheer replaced in said rental as the tenant's pet had tore a hole in it. The fabric of the original curtain was no longer available on their website, but Michael went out of his way to source it so I could have the replacement matching with the rest of the house. I'll be using them again and again in future houses.
