AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After installing our countertops with a chip it took 2 months to get the damage properly repaired. Less than 1 year after install, a crack appeared in the material. When contacted, he directed us to the installer (who no longer works for him and states RJ Designs has failed to pay them for several jobs, forcing them to break ties. We have no reason not to believe him as Jason has failed to respond to us at all since this initial blow off). Designer explained the material should not have cracked in that manner and this must have been a hidden crack which RJ Chose to ignore. Jason has failed to respond for multiple weeks again. DO NOT USE THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY CONTRACTOR.

Scheduled an estimate for our master bath remodel. Showed up and looked at our job, took measurements then had the nerve to ask if we had an idea how much this would cost and if we had the $. It looks like he acts as the "project manager" and likely subs everything out. I guess we didn't fall in to his sweet spot or biz must be so good these days to be able to pick and choose. Never did get an estimate from him even after asking several times. Got excuses and the run-around and would imagine I'd get the same if we'd hired them. Oh well, I'll never recommend this outfit to anybody.

Jason and his crew did a fabulous job with our new tile backsplash. He was always on time, and stayed until the job was done (removing the old tile revealed more work to be done than originally thought). Pricing is extremely reasonable and the work is quality. We look forward to having them work on other areas in our home.

I met with various contractors to update my kitchen. We wanted to get a hooded range and have it vent out. Get a bigger island but keeping our current cabinets. Change out all the appliances. After meeting at least 5 contractors, I just had a gut feeling about Rachel and Jason. Rachel had so many ideas and she understood exactly what I wanted. Rachel and Jason were very honest from the beginning and worked with me to stay within my budget for planning. They were very prompt and detailed in their response. They provided samples for me to look at and gave me ideas on what would be a good accent tile. Rachel was great when it came to design and finding what would fit our kitchen. She suggested various ways we can customize our island and made it very functional. We LOVE our kitchen. Still very surreal that it is our kitchen. Rachel and Jason’s team did an amazing job. They were detailed and meticulous. I really appreciated that the team try to be considerate of the fact that I had two toddlers in the house. With all construction/remodel there are glitches but whatever it was, Rachel and Jason found solution for it right away and eased my concern. They finished my kitchen ahead of schedule as well. Even after the project was over, I’d contact them on how to take care of the countertop, etc and they were so responsive and provided additional service to ensure I was satisfied with my kitchen. I would recommend them for any renovation. Their team is great and Rachel and Jason really does go above and beyond for their client’s project.

We had a phenominal experience with Jason and the ISD Custom Designs team. They were prompt, creative in helping us meet our particular budget, listened to our specific needs, and provided service above and beyond what was required! We highly recommend them!

Jason and his team were fantastic to work with on our counter renovation. Our cabinets are original to the 1920's house, so we decided to keep them, just replacing the countertop. Jason's price was reasonable, he was diligent in communication and did a wonderful job on the install and follow up. I highly recommend him.

Rachel and Jason already finished our bathroom and did a great job, so we signed on for the big kitchen makeover. They quoted us on new cabinets, refinishing existing and some custom work in between. Super flexible, very accommodating and patient as we worked through the options. Once again, on budget, ahead of time and amazing work!!! Great recommendations from Rachel, even keel "real" feedback from Jason and masterful work from all of the subcontractors. Here's all that we had done: 1. Refinish existing cabinets in white with black glazing and island in grey 2. New countertops, expanding and refacing the existing island and bar area 3. New backsplash with hand made italian tile 4. Custom cabinetry for new "dry bar" area that incorporated a new dual zone fridge 5. Addition of custom designed ends and surround on island and underneath bar 6. Custom in-cabinet shelving to accomodate spices, pots, pan and lid organization 7. Upgraded crown moulding along top of cabinets 8. Upgraded hardware for drawers to incorporate soft-close on existing drawers I think that's it, but i'm sure I missed something. See pics for before and after. These guys are on top of the list for absolutely anything we need done around the house.

Rachel came in to the project after the tiles have been delivered, she suggested a much better accent tile than I had chosen, the end result was spectacular and cost 1/3 less.

I initially contacted Jason and Rachel about a small job, putting in a counter top on base cabinets in pantry. Other companies had told us project was too small, not worth their time. Jason was responsive, had the template done after I picked out the granite and installed within a weeks time. It was so beautiful and such a wonderful experience with Jason and his team, we decided to have the same granite installed in the kitchen. Work was done promptly, team was respectful of our home, easy to work with and the results changed the kitchen dramatically. Rachel made suggestions on the new sink and faucet which really turned out great! I would hire them again, in fact, we are looking to do a master bath remodel and they will be the first we call.

Rachel and Jason were awesome. We had multiple quotes and Jason & Rachel were very in tune with how we wanted to have our kitchen and bathroom quoted so we could choose what was best for us. They made great recommendations and were patient throughout the whole process. The sub-contractors they brought in were just as personable and respectful in a way that you made feel comfortable with them working in your home. They worked very hard and completed the job very quickly (acceptance of quote to completion in about 10 days). They kept us updated on the progress throughout the project. The total project cost came in as quoted, no surprises. Great job to all. Work done (so far): 1. Gutted the vanity in the master bath and had a new vanity with linen tower installed. New granite countertops and faucets. 2. Daughter's bathroom countertops replaced with granite and new faucets 3. Guest bathroom countertops replaced with granite and new faucets

I hired Jason & Rachel for the backsplash in my kitchen. Since my granite was very busy we went with a simple glass subway tile design with an accent strip of glass & stone. It was done quickly and looks great. Thank you!

Complete design of kitchen and breakfast area. Service included the installation of the following: cabinets and hardware, new appliances, new granite counter top, backsplash, kitchen sink, pendent lighting, LED lighting above and below cabinets and molding. Service was excellent. All issues... and there will be a few, were resolved promptly and efficiently. ISD Custom Design would assist with the entire project. Love my kitchen and enjoyed working with them.
