Custom woodwork is a step above what is available at any furniture store, both in quality, and in your ability to express your own personal taste. I work directly with you, using your input to create unique furnishings that you can truly call your own. Woodworking started out as a hobby but, eventually replaced my career in accounting. In cabinetmaking, I found a career that would provide me a creative outlet. Enrolling in the woodworking Program at Bucks County Community College, I acquired a wide variety of skills from my instructors. I became highly skilled in wood turning, carving, and creative design. While at school I also worked at Superior Woodcraft building kitchen cabinets in a large production environment. Following graduation, I worked for Paul Downs Cabinetmakers for 11 years, crafting over a million dollars worth of residential and commercial furniture. During my years there I worked independently, turning design drawings into finished products, creating templates, and building prototypes. Over the years I became an accomplished designer, and began to build pieces for my own clients. In 2008, using the wealth of knowledge I had acquired in cabinetry, I decided to start my own custom furniture business in Wilmington Delaware. Since then, I have developed many different products that combine functionality and exceptional longevity for my customers. My mission is to create unique furniture of the highest quality that reflects the style of it's owner, and celebrates the beauty of wood.
