IPA 2go is very easy to deal with, Jules is knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Once we narrowed our selection down to a couple of options Jules sent us samples to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We ended up with the pre-finished Brazilian Walnut (ipe). We are very happy with our selection and the quality of the flooring. They look fantastic and we have received many compliments.

Jules worked with me from the start. Patient and easy to deal with. He spent many phone calls going over the product (5 inch Brazillian Cherry hardwood flooring). He helped me understand how it needs to be installed, as well as what to expect when it was installed. My clients project was also very delayed, and Jules understood and was able to hold the product until my contractors were ready for it. That is something many other places refuse to do. When I was ready for it, the shipping came right on time. The product came in with very little damage, clearly well handled. I was impressed by the look. The contractor told me that it was the best crafted hardwood flooring he'd seen. Overall, Jules is very knowledge, and his product prices were the best I found.

I had a great experience dealing with Jules Seabra. He was knowledgeable and accurate. His price was the most aggressive and the product was of superior quality. When I was called back by others who I had shopped price, they were surprised at the price level i had achieved. Every part of the transaction was professional and accurate. Arrival of the material was seamless too. To date we've only installed 1/2 the material as we have not yet completed the project but we wanted all the material to match throughout the house but the 2000 feet already installed is great. Brazilian Koa Tiger wood. Yippie. We had it finished with an oil rather than poly FYI.

Great quality brazilian cherry for a terrific price. An architect we know even bought our left over wood because the contractor told him how nice it was. Jules was accommodating, accessible and efficiently organized delivery. I'd highly recommend this company.
