What they say and what they deliver are not the same. Repeatedly asked for and was told that cut outs / scrap piece would be delivered with the install so matching colors to it would be easy. Take the sample with you to the store and eliminate the guess work. TWO trips to the house to complete the install and still no samples - and non to be had because they are all in the trash. ALSO - the demo / install team was 4 men. They took down the large mirror over the double vanity but left without putting it back - as was agreed to when then template was done. Now ONE person has to find a way to re-install the mirror. It would have taken them two minutes to put it back in place - just like it took them two minutes to take it down. VERY dissatisfied with the entire install process.

Do NOT do business with this company! They are rude and dishonest! They intentionally installed a broken piece of granite in my bathroom, and cut a sink hole to big and charged by credit card which I used for a deposit. Now I have to sue them for damages.....

I am still in the process of working with Intown Granite but so far have found them to be extremely professional, prompt with following up and very helpful from the sales folks, to the installers to the guys we met that work out in their warehouse floor. I would highly recommend this company!
