We had a very extensive remodel, encompassing kitchen, breakfast room, laundry, half bath, Butler’s pantry and pantry. Kathy Rollins had such vision and was very in touch with the look and feel that we wanted. She was extremely helpful and attentive, and made it fun.. I have an extensive antique collection, and she had the vision for how all my pieces would fit in the scheme of the remodel. She was available and easy to get a hold of, and no question was to insignificant.

My husband and I needed an interior designer to help us do a refresh on our home. We needed new carpet, new paint, and in some areas new furniture. Kathy Rollins was so perfect and professional in guiding us through this process. She is very organized and all projects were done in a timely manner with a clear understanding of pricing. She is a joy to work with and we could not be more pleased with the results.

Kathy was delightful to work with! We had recently moved into a new home with open concept kitchen, breakfast, and a living area with 20-foot ceilings. Having moved from a much smaller home, I was overwhelmed with how to decorate the space. I loved Kathy's original meeting to understand my goals and set expectations. From there, she provided me with multiple options and clear pricing at every stage. This was perfect for me because I easily become paralyzed by too many choices, but I don't like being shown only 1-2 options in case those choices aren't my style. She accommodated my budget, preferences, and functionality needs. When I was wavering on certain things, she provided the right level of encouragement and guidance, just as an expert should give to keep me on the right track. She was easy to communicate with and respectful in all her dealings. On top of all that, she was simply a joyful and kind person that I would gladly work with again. Thank you Kathy for elevating my kitchen and living area from a blank slate to a warm, inviting, and functional space that I love!

We were needing to update our family room and needed guidance and where to start. I was lucky enough to find and use Kathy Rollins. We hit it off immediately and I felt so comfortable with her (husband lets me do and pick everything thank goodness:))) from start to finish. Enter the horrible Freeze of Texas. Due to no foam and other products for furniture plus shipping backlogs, I turned my attention to the Kitchen. She was wonderful with that also. It took about 9 months to get it done but once appliances finally came in (shipping again) and NO enamel paint to be found with her help I have a beautiful kitchen that we love. All of her connections, contractor, painters, drapery room are all so professional and get the jobs done and do them very well. Kathy along with all the people she uses are always on top of things. If you have a question or a problem, she/they get back to you immediately with an answer. I could not recommend Kathy highly enough and will use her services again if needed. Please don't hesitate on this decision. She's wonderful. Thank you Kathy!

My husband and I just completed a two house remodel with Kathy over this past year and while that was challenging due to the pandemic, working with Kathy was such a pleasure! We were selling our old house which needed quite a few updates (whole house painting, new carpet/tile, and master shower remodel) prior to listing as well as updates to our new house (whole house painting, wallpaper, new quartz counters, flooring tile, built-in bookcases and sideboard, all new furniture, rugs, lighting, cabinets and hardware, draperies, accessories - literally almost everything!) Kathy also worked with us to commission some paintings from a local gallery that she works with and these wonderful pieces are really the icing on the cake for us! Kathy did a fantastic job of selecting items that would please both my husband and me which wasn't always easy! We loved that she got a good feeling of our likes, tastes, and styles prior to the selection process and then presented us with a handful of options that she thought would appeal to both of us (e.g. fabrics, furniture, etc.) This really helped us from being overwhelmed by the selection process while still giving us the final choice. Kathy's creative ability and eye for color and design was such an asset to us and I am incredibly thankful that we found her. She also is very organized and even though our project was quite long in duration due to scope and supply chain issues, Kathy stayed on top of everything. I can't imagine working with anyone else on future design/renovation projects! Needless to say, my husband and I highly recommend Kathy!

Kathy is an absolute gem to work with, and we are SO grateful to have found her! Her philosophy of designing timeless, inviting interiors that are both beautiful and functional meshed perfectly with ours. Combine that with her incredible talent, professionalism, delightful personality, and enthusiastic energy, and we were completely won over! Two house floods in 2020 had left us reeling, but Kathy patiently guided us through the ensuing renovation with exceptional skill and expertise. Most of our downstairs living space was affected by the floods, so the scope of our project was large. Kathy cheerfully stepped in, listened and got to know us, made insightful recommendations, managed all the moving parts, shopped with us, and provided expert design suggestions uniquely tailored to our needs and preferences. She helped us choose new paint and wood floor colors, granite and backsplash materials, plumbing fixtures, wallpaper, furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting, and accent decor. She created a stunning fireplace surround in our bedroom and designed a kitchen backsplash that is truly a work of art. She treated our home with the same loving care she would her own, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Kathy hit the ball out of the park for us and became a friend in the process! We won't hesitate to use her again and again!

Kathy is not only a joy to work with, she turned my home into a show place! She took my vision to the next level. I could not have made it through a major remodel with out her. She helped with floor plans, paint color, cabinets, appliances, furniture, wall decor and lamps. She helped us every step of the way! She was always available and quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend!

Kathy is an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend! We chose her for her sensible, classic style that could create a timeless, family friendly look, and she delivered on all of those fronts. Our project entailed the breakfast room and family room, and she made sure the two rooms complemented each other given our open floor plan. She was very mindful of our budget, finding ways to incorporate elements of our home that we weren’t quite ready to update (example, our flooring) in a design that meshed well with the current floor state and will also be perfect for any future flooring updates. Kathy provided design boards to determine initial style and later iterations and did in-home visits or joint shopping trips as needed to hone in on final selections. I loved how she pushed us design-wise in areas we would’ve never explored on our own, and she remains flexible and available throughout the entire process. I look forward to working with her again on future home updates!

We recently completed an interior decorating project that included new paint colors throughout the house plus new drapes and shades for the family room and kitchen. Kathy listened to our thoughts on the updates and provided great ideas on options. She was a huge help in finding the best paint colors for our home and fabrics for the drapes and shades. We are very pleased with the final result and we highly recommend Kathy for any decorating needs!

We recently did a complete master bath remodel with Kathy Rollins serving as interior design consultant and project manager – manage she did, as we never had to work on contractor schedules, ordering/delivering of plumbing, tile, hardware or materials. My wife particularly liked how Kathy identified our design preferences, which allowed us to consider different options for each stage of the project. We both noted, we would have never identified these on our own. From beginning of project – determining budget parameters, project timing & meeting with her contractor (Rick Ondlich) we never felt out of touch. Kathy provided detail project scope, via e-mail & sought our review and approval on each item selected throughout. Rick & his team were wonderful too – Kathy assured us they were professional, clean & willing to answer questions. They went above & beyond on some of our requests. In the end we now have the perfect master bathroom & wholeheartedly recommend Kathy & her team for any design/remodeling project.

Hiring an Interior Designer to help is an expense many people aren't exactly prepared for, some think "I can do this myself", "I can figure it out", but do yourself a favor and hire Kathy Rollins. Kathy is an exceptional designer who is passionate and extremely knowledgeable about her work. Kathy's brilliant design and creativity in choosing wall colors, artwork, carpets, tiles, plumbing and lighting fixtures, window treatments, and furniture makes any house complete and puts her clients at ease. Kathy can do anything, she can take the smallest or largest project and turn them into a beautiful surrounding, one that you will enjoy for several years. Kathy has been given a talent and I highly recommend her for any project.
