I couldn't have replaced my old house here in Hermosa Beach and built a brand new one without Julie Gelsey's artistic talents. She was able to look at the plans supplied by my architect and visualize all the living areas and multiple bathrooms and come up with very unique, functional, and visually pleasing ideas. She supplied me with drawn plans for each room (including 7 bathrooms) detailing cabinet placements and tile designs along with ideas for all the appliances, sinks, tub and showers, flooring materials, color choices etc. Julie has access to a multitude of vendors in all price ranges along with a personal relationship with several of the subcontractors who worked on my new home. She was able to recommend many talented people and suppliers to help me start and finish this large project as well. I'm truly amazed at her ability to visualize what I wanted to see in my new home and make it all happen in a timely manner and within my budget. I highly recommend Julie Gelsey to anyone looking to build new or remodel their existing home.
