Intellichoice Builders, LLC - CGC 1526169 Robert Yanchis and Juan Gonzalez started Intellichoice Builders LLC in December of 2017. Robert and Juan have been working together in Bay county and the surrounding areas since 2011. Intellichoice Builders LLC is a licensed, insured construction company that will work with you on new construction, renovations/remodels, repairs and additions on either commercial and/ or residential projects. Intellichoice Builders LLC has experienced staff that will assist you with your insurance claim if this is the case. We are available to be your liaison to explain what is needed and why to your claim representative. This action has proven to move things along a bit faster, to get you in back in your home or office and the repairs done as quickly as possible. In this time, they have fostered and maintained strong and ongoing relationships with suppliers, construction industry professionals and many local craftsmen. Such relationships, with open communication, quality workmanship and attention to detail have been the tools that have served them well. Staying abreast of the latest technological advancements and how they play into the construction industry, allows us to reach past today and into the future. The project managers at IntelliChoice Builders, LLC will keep you informed with updated daily reports and photos through our online project management software. You will be sent a link once the project is started and you can sign in anytime for updates on your project. You will also have your project managers phone number and email, and they will be available for any questions and concerns you may have. You are always welcome to contact the office or me (Sabrina) personally if the project manager is out in the field and unavailable at that moment.
