Dave Burcher at In House Kitchen Bath Home gave us OUR dream kitchen. Throughout the design process he listened to our needs, with all around consideration on functionality, style and budget. Renovations can be stressful, and Dave made it an enjoyable process. It's been a few months since the renovations were completed and the new kitchen layout has worked out very well for our family. We have the space, light and storage we sought. Dave is persevering in thinking through appropriate solutions. And this feels like our dream, not someone else's vision. As for the cabinetry quality, it looks like it will wear well.. You feel that the mill takes pride in their work. We only had very positive experiences - husband and kids included. We were very glad to have chosen In House Kitchen Bath Home for the creation of our library. Our designer Leah Gold was unfailingly professional, patient and helpful. We came to her with some idea of what we wanted to build, which she augmented with some design suggestions that really improved our original concept. She always responded to our many questions promptly and coordinated the work among electricians and installers all through the work process so that our project was completed smoothly and on time.

Dave was a pleasure to work with and is so professional. He created the kitchen of my dreams, and I am a professional chef! Plus, a beautiful custom bar. He is so detail-oriented and has great advice. The whole process was seamless.

Dave Burcher at In House Kitchen Bath Home is the ultimate design professional. He knows his product (and all aspects of kitchen design generally) inside and out. He worked seamlessly with our architect and offered assistance and insight on all aspects of our kitchen project, including those that were unrelated to the cabinetry (lighting, countertop materials, faucets and fixtures, installation issues). The fact that our meetings were in NY and the location of the project was in CT was of no consequence to the overall success of the project, as Dave visited onsite multiple times as required and appropriate. We believe that the pricing from In House for our cabinetry was competitive, and Dave was cognizant of our budget and worked with us to keep within it. . I would not hesitate to recommend Dave and In House, and to absolutely use him again for other projects we may undertake in the future. We cannot say enough good things about Dave, and we could not be happier with the final results.

I had my kitchen redone by In House, with help of their designer Dave Burcher. I am thrilled with the results, and would definitely recommend the Brookhaven cabinets and their design services. The kitchen turned out perfectly. There were no glitches. Dave is so knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. He gave me excellent guidance and really listened to my ideas.The kitchen was expanded and a wall opened up. Cabinets arrived as scheduled, and are beautifully made. I love all the appliances and the sink and faucet.

Extraordinary company: service and product. Dave is an outstanding kitchen designer. He created an exquisite kitchen from an ugly mess: we came to Dave after we experienced a nightmare with a different kitchen designer/showroom. Make sure you use a certified kitchen planner like Dave. Even beyond his industry's requirements, he provided an exceptional service all the way through. He has a great designer's imagination and experience (and talent) to transform an ordinary galley kitchen into a beautifully designed showplace. Whereas we thought our design options would be limited by the size of our space, Dave came up with especially elegant and intelligent solutions. He maximized our storage capabilities while adding some luxurious features: this led to a beautiful design which is highly efficient. He stayed within our budget. The Woodmode and Brookhaven cabinetry is an excellent product. Many options and great customizable features. I especially appreciated Dave's advice on where to splurge and where an expense or upgrade wasn't necessary. Dave put as much thought and time into my kitchen as if he was designing a kitchen ten times larger/more than expensive. I am not exaggerating in my praise. This is a terrific company. Having had a terrible experience with a different kitchen designer immediately prior to finding In House, I believe I'm in an excellent position to judge. As an expert, Dave provided us with detailed plans where everything was carefully noted. No details were left to chance: from the depth and thickness of the shelves to the under cabinet lighting options. Please learn from my expensive mistake: a certified kitchen planner is essential: trust me that this is critically important when you choose your kitchen designer. Dave is in a class by himself.
