Inga Oren Architect

We were very impressed with Inga’s ability to see our project move from concept (where she had a spot on interpretation of our vision) to processing (where she was on top of each of the vendors) to now - the point of fruition , where Inga’s creativity, knowledge and flexibility are evident in our new home. She helped redesign a house with a terrible layout to a truly unique, beautiful and functional space (see image attached - unfort. I don’t have a more recent picture of the new house, but the work in progress clearly shows Inga’s imprint. Responsive - Inga was very responsive throughout the process. While she does take her time, she was always upfront about expectation - and met all of the timeline deliverables that were in her control. Budget - we did not go over Inga’s proposed budget, other than the additions we decided on after engagement Delays- We did incur delays in the process, which were tied to DOB approvals, however, Inga did all in her power to move the process along - she nudged the expeditor and structural engineers in getting a timely responses. Timeliness - While Inga took her time, she was extremely diligent in all her deliverables, which I almost prefer over speed.
