They did work more than one year ago. I was relying on them like a trusted company. But they didn't finish the full scale of their job. I didn't even know about it until another contractor told me! After I called them back they said that this second part of the job wasn't necessary!!! In their opinion a more profitable 10 minutes job can be performed, but the rest, which didn't bring money (but should be done) and take more time can be skipped!!!

We replace a sump pump over two years ago in a basin with an un-sealed lid. There is no reason to have the lid sealed. Now the customer would like us to return at no charge to seal the lid. We offered to return and charge as through we had done the (unnecessary) work at that time. Customer refused. He wants something for nothing... and for this we receive a bad review.

We purchased a new furnace and a/c in 2014 from Bishop and have had great service for both. Have also used Ravinia for plumbing issues which were quickly resolved. We also joined the Home Care Club which is an added saving.

er have been very happy with the work Romitti Electric has done for us. They are very timely, through and the electricians they have sent us like Tom,have made the appointment a pleasure. We would definitely recommend them.

The technician arrived on time( this is a follow up to an old issue) he was very professional and completed the job (shimmied the toilet) cleaned up after himself..hopefully this will resolve the issue

Chris Cooling was on time and knowledgeable in dealing with replacement of our OLD toilet valve. He got the job done quickly, which lessened the labor charge. He was a cheerful worker. The woman that scheduled the appointment was very pleasant...good sense of humor.

I've always found the technicians to be very polite and professional. They answer the questions and if they don't know, they say so. I get an explanation of what's what and the cost before the work is done. My only suggestion would be that if a part is replaced that they explain how long the guarantee is on the part. That's if the customer forgets to ask.

Our furnace stopped working sometime in the early morning, and I called for service at 6:00 a.m. The blower motor was replaced and our furnace was back in working order by 10:00 a.m. Rick provided the excellent and professional service I have always received as a long-time customer of Bishop Heating and now am happy to report that Ravinia Heating has given me.

Jim came out with just a few hours of notice at 9:30 PM on St. Patrick's day to fix an issue. He could not have been more polite and pleasant. Not to mention, he resolved our issue. A true pro and we very much appreciated him. He may have won us over to switch to Ravinia.
