Our in-house renovations team are formed by a wide range of trades and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. This is why we can deliver an excellent finished product at a reasonable cost, whether it is a simple refurbishment or a complete home renovation. Your designer & project manager will be your single point of contact throughout the entire process, negotiating the cost of materials with suppliers, arranging deliveries, and steering the project to completion.

Brilliant company. They managed the whole project & kept us informed each week. It felt like we were part of the team, not just working with a contractor. Unforeseen challenges were resolved quickly and with ease. This was a big job which took around 8 months & included an extension & loft conversion. The project was completed within the estimated time. I highly recommend them.

We had a property project for a flat in great street but it was derelict inside and needed extensive work. We also needed a garden extension to make an open plan living/kitchen for a family. Julian came highly recommended. Once we got the planning permission, we decided to meet with several contractors just to compare but it was clear that Julian he got our plans/ideas right way. It took 6 months to do the works, he made great suggestions on how to use the space and how to split the budget we had. As a result, we have now a beautiful 3 bed 3 bath flat with an open space. This is just what we were hoping for. We were impressed as well as he managed to due this with all the craziness of COVID! Great team, they think of everything ahead of time, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I found Edge2 very knowledgeable & professional. We discussed what I wanted to achieve and Julian came up with a number of suggestions & we chose the one that suited me best. He & his team dealt with the suppliers. The team timed the preliminary work so that the site was ready for when the deliveries arrived. The work was completed to a high standard & was executed efficiently. Changes I requested were discussed fully & any changes to the budget agreed which helped me keep track of the total expected costs. Problems that arose were resolved quickly. I really recommend this company, they were great.

I wanted to increase the value of our property in Fulham SW London. Edge2 converted a tired 1 bed 1 bath into a stunning 2 bed 2 bath. The key for me was the concept of inside/outside living and this was achieved by completely re configuring the property. The design team visualised the concepts I had in clear terms and the costing provided was precise. We managed to stay to budget through careful use of quality build, key features like polished walls and high quality floors. We balanced this with high street brands in the decoration. The Build team executed on time and to quality, with regular feedback throughout the project. The snag list was small and fixed promptly after competition. All in all a great project I can only recommend the Edge2 team.
