Same thing. I ordered the item 2.5 weeks ago. Item was supposed to arrive between 9/17 and 9/24. We are now at 9/27 and the item hasn't even shipped. Houzz hasn't been able to successfully contact the seller, and refuses to give me a refund until they do. This has been going on for three days now. I just want my refund so I can by a new bed elsewhere.
It isn ow the 28th and no one can tell me what is going on. So I'm out $400 with no bed.
