I have been interested in carpentry and working with my hands since I was a young boy. It all started with my father who owned various construction trade businesses which gave me exposure to the industry early in life. These experiences eventually led me to an interesting new apprenticeship program during my junior year of high school. I was given the opportunity to become the first of only a few graduates from that program and was able to complete the 4 year program nearly one year ahead of schedule. Since that opportunity I was able to perform almost every labor task from carpenter helper through superintendent on 72 million dollar, 20 story timeshare building for a self perform commercial general contractor for 15 years prior to leaving Florida in the fall of 2009, looking for a new opportunity. When I arrived in Colorado I took a job with a nationwide handyman services company and expanded my skill set to what it is today.
