Joel did an amazing job bringing our dreams to a reality! We described to him the things that we wanted could not believe that he was able to put it all on paper. We are having our garage turned into a master bedroom/bathroom suite so it was a blank slate to work with. He was great about answering all of our questions and made changes that we requested in a timely manner. If we ever do another big project, we will definitely work with him again! We are in the beginning stages of the project and working with the contractor that Joel was able to recommend with us. I can't wait to see the finished project.

We hired Joel and Indwell to do the design for an addition to the 2nd floor of our home. He did an excellent job of helping us determine what was possible and came up with a great floor plan to maximize the space. After creating the drawings he continued to help us as we worked through the contractor bidding and then the actual build. He was always available to answer questions and even helped with design elements. We highly recommend him!

Working with Joel and the team at Indwell was the best decision in getting exactly what we envisioned in our remodel and 2 story addition. From our first meeting, I could tell he completely got what we were going for (staying true to our 60+ year old home). He listened and was able to interpret our explanations. His initial draft of our remodel hit all of our wish list items and he did things that another architect hadn't been able to achieve. Throughout the project, he gave his advice and was flexible when we disagreed. I relied on Joel's input and trusted him completely. It's been a couple years and we wouldn't change a thing about our project. If you are looking for not only a qualified, inspired, and talented architect, but also a trusted partner, you will find it in Joel.

We renovated an old farmhouse. Joel did a great job of listening to our needs and designing spaces for our large family that are both beautiful and highly functional. I would highly recommend using Joel and the people at Indwell!!

New Birth Company

Indwell has completed two projects with us to date. Both projects were design-build, remodel of existing structures, basic white-box to beauty. Indwell exceeded our expectations in developing our model designs for our birth centers by creating streamline workflow spaces, eco-friendly energy efficiency models, with our preferred branding. We are now ready to replicate this model with them as we franchise. Yes we will hire them again.

Indwell worked with our company to turn an old 84,000 square foot warehouse into a world-class office, training, and support facility. They worked with our company through a needs analysis, several conceptual design iterations, interior design, and construction. The project fits our company needs perfectly, our co-workers love it, and we have received awards and accolades from around the country. I would give Indwell my highest recommendation.

My company has been working with Joel Perry for over four years, and have found his service to be unparalleled. In my experience, many talented architects have such strong opinions that they have difficulty truly listening to clients and effectively folding the client's desires into the space.
