I Love Gutters

I never write reviews but in this instance I HAD to!! I came home from vacation and a few hours after arriving there was some heavy rain. The gutter in the very front of my house (always the most obvious place right lol) fell and was left dangling from the roof. I was mildly panicked bec more rain is expected and all I could think about was water damaging...and let’s be real...it was just ugly to look at. I got on here to request gutter repair. Marc responded within 30 mins, late on a Friday evening, and said he could be here by Saturday afternoon. And he was!! I was quoted a VERY reasonable price and he walked me through exactly what had happened, how he repaired it, and what I could look forward to down the line. I was most impressed by the integrity he displayed and told him he was my new permanent gutter company. I highly recommend the company!!! Do yourselves a favor...!

He took his time and did an excellent job. I appreciate him showing me the before and after photos of the gutters. I can see that everything is clean and clear.

Marc showed up on time actually a few minutes before. He was very polite and professional. Marc was very thorough in getting all the debris out and making sure everything drained properly. My home is in a wooded area and the gutters fill quickly. Marc did not leave any trash from the cleaning. Trust me hire a professional like Marc. Don't do like I did. I'd been cleaning my own gutters for years. On a Saturday alone I fell trying to clean my gutters. I broke my arm and severed my rotator cuff. Hire Marc get it done right plus it's less painful.

Marc and his young team came out promptly, they worked diligently for an hour and 3/4. Marc took before and after photos showing me where we had issues. He also took apart one of the down pipes in the roof, cleared it and put it back together. I was very pleased with the service I received. Worth noting is that you can't compare apples to oranges. Sure you can go for cheaper companies like I did historically but they don't fully clear your gutters by hand, preferring to use blowers which don't clear all the debris effectively. In the last year I used 3 different people/ businesses and then Marc. You get what you pay for and Marc's team are harnessed in to OSHA specs. Overall very glad I hired Marc and would do so again. Don't do what I did and shell out 2 x $129 and one at $99 very recently, with a total of $357 over the course of the year when you can get it done correctly and once for less! Marc cost me $275 for next day service. Hope this honest review helps both Marc and you the customer make a quality and informed decision.
