Absolutely amazing dealing with Nadeem and team. A very clear and concise scope of works determined and an extremely structured approach to the job. Top quality structural work including removal of 2 structural walls and open plan kitchen. Rewiring and new plumbing - tidying up a very complicated piece of work. Moreso, work ethic very high. Worked round the clock to finish on time. adaptable to changes during the project. High quality finish and they are not satisfied till the client is satisfied. I hired Ignite to do a full house renovation and side return extension in November 2022. I was designated a Project Manager from the offset, so I did not have to deal with multiple trades, this was really helpful and managed stress levels (building is known to be stressful). The entire process was not simple, however the transparency and well organised team work made it more manageable to deal with a project of this magnitude. There were delays, yet expectations were managed and the quality finish was good. There was a contract in place and payment stages throughout the time works were being completed and this was fair in line with work completed.

Nadeem and his team did a fantastic job refurbishing the ground floor of our house in South West London, we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. The works included the installation of underfloor heating and engineered wood flooring; fitting new kitchen, utility and w/c; decorating throughout plus more. Nadeem has excellent communication skills, responding promptly to any questions or concerns. I will definitely use Nadeem again when we tackle the rest of our house and have already recommended him to friends.

My flat is on the 11th floor and it's located in central London, which made it difficult to find a company who were happy to do the job with all the access limitations. I required a full flat renovation including demolishing internal walls, new kitchen and bathroom and Ignite Developers came to the rescue. From start to finish the communication was clear and I was regularly updated regarding the progress throughout the project. The quality of work and attention to detail was superb. The project lasted slightly longer than expected which was partly due to supplier delays, however the result compensated for the waiting. Overall I’m very pleased for choosing Ignite and I would definitely recommend them.

Really efficient, hard working; helped save costs where possible. Consultative and very professional with real pride in their work. Decorated church and ceiling at 14meters height, installed new wall and built new chapel. All beautifully finished and we are very happy with it

We hired Ignite for a single storey extension and loft conversion in Golders Green. Whilst there were delays due to supplier issues, the job got completed to a high standard. Sadra the PM and his team were great. Communication was clear throughout and there were daily site visits from the manager to check on progress. Nadeem completed a full house renovation for us. Which included structural work such as new beams and cosmetic work such as new floors and paint. He also arranged new kitchens and bathrooms. Nadeem is a hard worker with attention to detail and is keen to please. I would highly recommend him for his ability to manage large jobs.

I hired Ignite for a loft conversion and full house renovation in my home in North West London. The project lasted around 4 months and included extensive structural work. The project management was excellent and finishing on point. I had to travel due to work commitments on a number of occasions and left the team to it. The management were very helpful in providing options for final fittings and dealt with all aspects of the project including materials, building control, structural engineering and dealing with architectural drawings. I would recommend Ignite based on the above and I have another project lined up for them later this year.

Nadeem did a great job for me. This was a pretty major project (underfloor heating over a large area, tiles, removal of a chimney breast, preparing all services for a complex kitchen installation etc). It was done very well. He was easy to deal with, extremely responsive and very reliable. I would recommend.

I hired Ignite whilst I was travelling to undertake the external rendering and decorating works in our family home. We had previous bad experiences with contractors but Ignite were fantastic, I came back and all the works had been completed very well. The work area was very clean and tidy. I am hiring them in march to renovate my kitchen then bathroom and internal decoration thereafter.

Had Nadeem and his team come over to fix the bad job done by a previous builder. The only reason I didn't give a 5/5 is because it took a little longer than planned. They did a great job of internal redecoration of my 3-bed semi detached home. They also re-tiled the upstairs bathroom floor, fixed the damp in the downstairs bathroom and replaced the gutter and fixed the drain pipe outside of the building.

Nadim sent the electrician to fix the shower and the job was done in less than 20mins. He figured out the problem very quickly and it was a relief getting stuff fixed on time. Moreover, the electrician was on time and communicated his ETA beforehand. Very reliable and handy.

I would highly recommend Ignite Developers for their high quality workmanship of our design/build and renovation project. They were consistent throughout from start to finish and were especially supportive and provided sound advice at every project milestone. We are both very busy people and not very technical but they went the extra mile by ensuring that all the products ordered met our specifications. We had all our deliveries taken care of and we saved a large sum of money through their trade discount and industry links. Due to lockdown and covid we experienced some delays. However, ID managed our expectations throughout as this was our first project and naturally we were very nervous. On practical completion our project was defect free and the final walk through with the project manager was a perfect close to an exceptional relationship spanning 6 months

Ignite developers did a full refurb on my buy to let property in W3. They fitted a new kitchen and bathroom, flooring, decorating and electrics. They were efficient and provided an all exclusive design and build service. I was assigned a manager and we managed to get the property rented out quickly.
