Tori was wonderful to work with. Very flexible and willing to work through Covid (our project July 2020 - September 2021). Her design was spot on, exactly what I wanted. Tori helped me especially by steering me to good resources, giving me parameters, measurements, raising a red flag if something I wanted to do wouldn't work, and coordinating the project's execution. I've worked with designers in the past who wanted to work more autonomously. Tori was more collaborative but also was very efficient and cost conscious. She's great with all the details and made the whole process fun.

My wife and I have worked with Tori on projects in two different houses. In 2020 she managed the refresh of our master bath, living / dining area. This year (2023) we've worked with Tori on a complete remodel of an older home. The 2020 project was the first time we had worked with an Interior Designer. Tori was very patient through the process. She helped us select paint, tile etc. in a timely manor. Then managed the process of tracking the delivery and installation of materials during the supply chain shortages of the Pandemic. She communicated well with us and the contractors doing the construction. The 2020 project showed us the value of working with a designer which lead to the much larger 2023 project. This project included relocating the kitchen and moving several walls. Tori's skills in providing drawings for the new space really helped us to develop with her guidance the new design we were hoping for.
