HOOK-IT-UP

Jeff and his tech arrive promptly at 9:15 as agreed-upon. Jeff recommend several changes to synchronize our home audio and video equipment and installed upgrades that the original builders should have done. The cost was reasonable and exactly what Jeff quoted me. I will definitely use Hook it Up again and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reputable one stop shop for anything tv and media installation related. They were a pleasure to work with, did the job efficiently but thoroughly and the clean up was as if no one was there.

Jeff Janson and Hook-IT-up are incredibly responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable! I texted Jeff with a flatscreen installation request and he was able to have Cody come to our hone and complete the pretty difficult job the same day. I’m sure same day response like this is not typical but we truly appreciated their flexibility and professional result! We were even able to make an electronic payment which was very convenient for us. We will definitely use Jeff and Hook-IT-up again!

Apparently it is next to impossible to find someone to fix a central vacuum system. Well I finally found Jeff at Hook it Up and couldn’t be more pleased! They fixed the problem and the price was fair. Highly recommend!

After previous post was submitted, Jeff did return our payment and subsequently contacted me about completing repairs. The job has been finished.
