HomeZone Building

We have recently taken ownership of our new home built by Homezone, we designed this house ourselves with input from Martyn Goddard (director), his knowledge and many years of experience shone through when we met with him to show him our drawing and we liked him straight away, we smelt no B.S. which was like a breath of fresh air compared to the other builders we had approached. This is the 3rd house we have built since arriving in Australia 13 years ago and was by far the best experience, very professional and personal, we were appointed a lovely liaison person Bame who was always readily available if we had any questions or queries and so too was Martyn, he was amazing and was always willing to meet onsite anytime we asked if we weren’t sure about anything. Before we made up our mind to go with Homezone we had 2 other builders costing up our drawing but in the end we chose Homezone because of their professionalism, ease of process and price. The build started on time and because we lived locally we were able to go to site daily after work to see the progress, we were extremely pleased with everything. We decided to appoint a building inspector at plate height, roof on and practical completion, he said the brickwork was excellent and came within his top 5. The completion was on time just as Martyn had said. We are so happy with our beautiful home and would definitely recommend Martyn’s company Homezone Building to anyone looking to build.

I have worked with HomeZone on a few occasions photographing their display homes. Their building standards are very high including the detail and quality of the homes. Communicating with them in getting the project done is flawless. Very happy and would definitely recommend !
