Ordered a table from this company on 8/9/21. Received a call from the delivery company to schedule delivery and they would only give me a window of time from 8-6:30 pm to receive the item. I told them it was an empty building so I’d need a shorter window of time so I could be available to sign for delivery. They told me they would have the driver contact me an hour before delivery. No one ever contacted me then I get a call from the driver saying they were there. I told them I would head there but would be about 20-30 mins before arrival. Also called in to their dispatch team to confirm this. Got there and no delivery driver. Got an email at 3pm with a tracking link saying the delivery was attempted at 7:24 pm which hadn’t even occurred yet in the day and there would be a $94 charge for attempted delivery. Wanted me to reschedule the delivery and I told them if they can’t give me a shorter window, the same issue would happen again. Would not cancel my order or work with me to receive the item. Still haven’t received the item or a refund!
