We love the beautiful garage Homestead Structures built for us in the Pocono Mountains. We didn't want it to look like an afterthought or add-on, even though it was built 4 years after our house was renovated by a different contractor. Steve and his men did all we asked to create a custom garage that matches perfectly our Adirondack exterior. The door was custom made to match the siding on the house. They put in a large back door so we could bring boats and kayaks in off the lake and store them behind the house. All in all, we couldn't be happier with their workmanship and attention to detail. If you are looking for a honest, hard-working contractor, look to Homestead Structures.

We purchased a pool house with a connected pergola from Homestead Structures. It was a first class experience from initial contact through installation. The pool house was one of their standard products but they worked with us on a new design to add a pergola to the structure. It is exactly what we wanted! I give these guys an A+.

Thank you to Mervin, Jay and the Homestead Team! The Homestead experience has been fantastic. Mervin was helpful, patient and resourceful. I ordered the shed on the phone, with the design ideas and inspiration coming from both architectural details from my home as well as pictures from the Homestead Structures web site. I was hopeful that the final product would meet my expectations, and once the truck arrived and I saw the shed, I couldn't believe how great it all turned out. The design and build quality are amazing, and the final product was better than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend Homestead Structures to anyone. Many thanks for a great job!

It took me over a year to be able to articulate exactly what I wanted from my poolhouse. Merv from Homestead stepped up to the challenge and was able to design exactly what I was dreaming of. I have had my structure in place for a little over a week, and so far in addition to being a gorgeous feature of my pool area, it has withstood a pretty bad storm that knocked down many trees and power lines in my area.

We purchased a Siesta Poolside Bar; we found most of the options we wanted with the on-site model. We decided on the same day to purchase the display due to the time-frame as we were planning a outside baby shower within three weeks. The unit we purchased had the the pre-wired electrical options including a ceiling fan and weather covers for all light switches and plugs. The quality of the structure is built to the highest standards of quality unique to the Amish craftsmen in Lancaster County, PA. Since the unit was pre-built the delivery experience and placement was amazing. The mule was used with expertise for safe movement of the building without damage. The operator diligently paying close attention to the challenges of moving the unit into place over a hip wall and setting down on the exact location. Worked on verifying the unit was level and the final construction pieces were attached in true sprit of the Amish who take pride in their work.

Homestead Structures met and exceeded our expectations. Thorough, timely, quality service with an attention to detail. We were pleased with their respect to our neighbors, starting their day at the requested time and ending it at a reasonable hour, our property never looked like it was "under construction". If you want quality workers with attention to detail at an affordable price, Homestead is your company.
