I wish I shared a positive experience at Offenbachers but mine was discriminatory and sexist. My fiancé and I went to the location in Herndon because I wanted to buy a hot tub for our wedding gift. While we (and two other couples) were looking at the tubs the sales people were chitchatting on the other side of the store ignoring all of us. My fiancé looked at them and made a comment “is anyone going to come over and help us?” So an older woman (Janet or Janice) comes across the store to ask us what we’re looking for. We tell her which tub we are interested in and she immediately tells us that one is on back order for a year and a half but she has another higher end model that could be to us in a couple of months. (I know hot tubs are having some supplier issues but this is the only place I have heard that long of a wait). During the q&a she spoke only to my fiancée and kept getting closer in proximity to him and he backed away (less that 2 feet). Not wanting to be rude he walked to the other side of me but the saleswoman went around me to speak directly with him. She was explaining the tubs to him and then tells me the tub can be salt water which is good if I color my hair (which I did not respond to but she repeated two or three times). At that point I was so offended that she stereotyped me being interested only in my hair I had to leave. I am a professional woman and I do not appreciate being demeaned when I am looking to spend $10,000 and enter into a ten year commitment with a company.

I purchased a hot tub from Home Escapes after struggling with the decision for months. Rosanne is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful salespeople I have met. They never pressured me to buy, and gave me great advice on my ultimate purchase. Then they quickly delivered the product and helped me correctly install it. Good folks.
