I contacted this company a while ago about a product that they sell knowing I had a project coming up. The team that work within this company were very helpful from the very start and explained to me in detail how to use the product I wanted and confirmed it was the right product for the project I had in mind. I dealt with more than one of the team that work here and each time the same high level of customer service was received. I purchased a repair care system for repairing timber windows and doors and the product worked as expected and as had been explained to me. The moment I placed the order I explained the date I needed it by and it got to me before the expected date from the lady that sold it to me. I have been using Holmans to obtain paints for a number of projects, the most recent being this small hand painted kitchen in Rossendale, Lancashire. Their level of expertise and customer service is second to none. I have emailed or called them on numerous occasions and always been satisfied with the answers I have received and more often than not taken their advice on the coatings required. Paints are delivered swiftly and always well packaged. I have no hesitation in giving HSP a full 5 star recommendation.

As far as colour matching paint, and tech support and customer service, there aren't too many paint suppliers out there who even come close to Holmans. I work with about 20 independent kitchen painting and decorating specialists and they all have similar stories to tell.
