I originally hired Hanin Smith to help me through a remodel I had just kicked off - pick out paint colors, tile and decor (furniture and additional styling elements). After a few meetings I quickly realized that I will never do another remodel or update without including Hanin in the process! Not only is she an amazing human to begin with but her ability to understand and show me my style - when I couldn't articulate it - was incredible! She helped me space plan the various areas of our house to create fully usable space - incorporating existing furniture with new pieces making the rooms coherent. She never pressured me to spend more than I felt comfortable and was fantastic at mixing high end/customized items where it made sense with less expensive ones to make the whole space come together. Hanin understood my need for practicality in every room - I have three young kids and needed to constantly balance "it looks great" with "my kids won't ruin it" and she 100% nailed it. I couldn't be happier with how my home turned out and have already started recommending Hanin to friends! She didn't just decorate my house - Hanin turned it into a home that genuinely sparks joy around every corner! I'd hire her again in an instant.

I hired Hanin with Beachy Boheme last year to design a guest room that could be used for kids or adults that come from out of town. My experience working with Hanin was AMAZING! I’ve worked with several designers over the past few years, and she was by far the BEST. I feel like she really listened to me and what I wanted for the room, then took it and came out with something a million times better than what I would have imagined. It is a special space, that feels fresh, relaxing, beautiful, and fun. The touches she added to the room were unexpected and different which I loved! She also paid attention to small details to make the room functional for what I need it for. She even got us adorable slippers in adult and kid sizes for my friends when they come. The whole process was great. She was wonderful to work with, and very detail oriented. I would, and have recommend her to all my friends!

Hanin was a life saver! I had just completed a big remodel of the downstairs of my home and tried to manage the decorating solo. I purchased some furniture and was incredibly upset with how it was turning out, especially since we had invested so much in the remodel. Hanin came in and saved the day!! She was able to work with the furniture I had already purchased to design a space that I absolutely LOVE! She was able to blend my style with my husband's taste to create a space that finally feels like home. She was very conscious of our budget and so wonderful to work with.
