Welcome to Ebbighausen Homes, one of Bozeman Montana’s premier Custom Home Builders. Our love for the great Montana landscape serves as inspiration for the homes we build. Utilization of natural materials and resources act as a palette against a pristine backdrop. Andy and Heidi Ebbighausen have been building custom homes in the Bozeman area since 1996. Andy is a native to Montana and a second-generation builder with a love of the great outdoors and a passion for building. Apparent in Ebbighausen Homes’ own unique home designs is the attention to detail and the joy of working with each customer. Customers will tell you that Heidi is invaluable in helping them with interior design. She enjoys a close working relationship with subcontractors: this, matched with organizational skills and an eye for design, brings homes together beautifully and gives them a woman’s touch. Jason Utz joined our team as a framer 27 years ago and he now plays an essential role as our Job Foreman and Construction Coordinator. He is truly dedicated to the satisfaction of each customer. The entire crew at Ebbighausen Homes, backed by a great team of subcontractors and vendors, strives to build energy efficient Montana homes that clients and their families will cherish for generations.

We highly recommend Ebbighausen Homes for your next design/build home. Working with Heidi was a real pleasure. Heidi made the overwhelming process of selecting finishes quite efficient and enjoyable. She was cost conscious of alternatives, organized and provided enthusiasm and a personal touch to the selection process. The Ebbighausen employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers were professional and courteous. We loved having our expectations exceeded with the quality of their workmanship. Now that we have moved into our beautiful new home, they continue to provide support and follow up with all our questions. We feel quite fortunate to have an Ebbighausen home and to have experienced their home building process.

We interviewed several builders, and it was quickly apparentThat Andy and Heidi Ebbighausen were a reliable team, bringing construction excellence and design experience together in a unique way. During the design and construction of our home, we lived in Denver where we were finishing our careers in medicine. Both Andy and Heidi communicated frequently about the phases of construction, and design elements, architectural recommendations, interior appointments, and expedited all of the reviews necessary for a successful construction project. They have an excellent team of builders and contractors to complete each project on time and of the highest quality. We are very happy with our home and new community. We built a custom home with Ebbighausen Homes. Heidi kept the design process organized and kept me on task. The rest of the team was professional and their workmanship was excellent. All the sub contractors were amazing, from the gorgeous wood floors, meticulous tile setter, electricians, custom railings and kitchen. Everything was high quality and I highly recommend them.

We live in a beautiful home that we love.. built by Ebbighausen Homes. The journey from the first meeting with Andy and Heidi Ebbighausen to discuss our vision/plans to the day of closing was simply the finest experience. Andy’s expertise in the home-building industry has earned him a fine reputation. A man of true integrity, he has put together a stellar team, many of whom have been with him for years. We had the pleasure of getting to know some of them, who do fine work and were always professional, patient and kind. Choosing finishes for a home can be a daunting task, but with Heidi at the helm..it was a delight. She has a terrific design sense coupled with abounding enthusiasm and superb people skills…she is a true gem. With her knowledge of interior design and her creativity, she had the ability to point us to wonderful options we had not even considered, all the while keeping us in budget…quite a balancing act. Ebbighausen Homes is a professional, knowledgeable team who build a super quality home, and we would highly recommend them. Andy and Heidi Ebbighausen are a dedicated, energetic couple who go to every length possible to please their clients. They worked within our budget and were good about providing the costs for any changes. Heidi is absolutely indispensable in assisting the client with picking out all the inside finishes, from the flooring, bathroom tiles, paint colors, lighting, etc. We are a busy, working couple, and we found this service absolutely invaluable. Ebbighausen's sub-contractors were all very respectful of our questions, did excellent work, and have a long standing relationship with Andy & Heidi. Most of them have done work for Ebbighausen Homes for many years. The project was finished on time and we could not be happier with the finished product. Our new home has far exceeded all of our expectations!

After working with Ebbighausen on the spec home they built and we purchased just before completion, I would absolutely recommend them for building a home. Throughout the whole process, they exceeded my expectations in professionalism, quality product, delivery, design, and timing. And when working with their subcontractors, it is apparent their subcontractors uphold those same values. It's clear they have built their reputation through solid relationships - even after close when we have had questions, they are there to help (with a smile!). The end result is a house with which we are truly proud to call home. They have raised the bar for contractors!
