This was our first project with Heath Wills Home Design. He was recommended to us. We have since partnered with Heath on additional projects. Heath has a "can do" attitude and great ideas. He has worked in construction and that knowledge was an asset. His plans were easy to read and straightforward to build.

Heath is a great home designer and we have enjoyed working with Heath for many years. Look forward to more great designs to come.

Heath Wills designed our new home and we could not be more thrilled with the result. We started the design process with only the most basic elements of what we wanted and no fixed idea of what the house would or should look like. Heath listened patiently, took these simple concepts and transformed them into a design that was exactly what we wanted. He then worked with us to refine the plan and in that process came up with some very inventive ways to utilize our space effectively and efficiently. We have just moved in, and are reminded every day of his terrific work. We love our house! My wife and I had an excellent experience with Heath as he designed our new home. From our first interactions Heath was engaging and genuinely interested in developing a deep and clear understanding of what was important to us, both practically and aesthetically. When he presented his first draft (which was ready surprisingly quickly) we were floored by how closely his design fit our vision. From there it was a matter of massaging the plans to perfect our dream home, a process of exchanging ideas that was smooth and prompt. Heath had creative solutions for a number of our ideas and was very patient in his efforts to understand what we were looking for. The results were spectacular; a member from the Architectural Review Board noted, "In my opinion, it looks great, and is the perfect house (size, scale, massing, style) for this location...". In conclusion, designing a custom home is a stressful and potentially frustrating process that Heath made simple and enjoyable. He garners our highest recommendation!

Heath was a pleasure to work with and ultimately gave us everything we were looking for and more when designing our dream home. We had the majority of our architectural plans completed and we asked Heath to take a look at them and give us his input along with some major changes we needed to make to them. We went from a 2 car garage to a 3 car detached garage with an apartment above it and completely relied on Heath's design expertise to design an open breezeway and apartment above the garage. He cleaned up our overall plans for us and fine tuned a lot of details. Heath works quickly, efficiently and uses the latest software developments that allowed us to design our home in 2 dimension and 3 dimension. The virtual 3D of our home brought it to more of a realistic preview that we could walk through before it was actually built. Heath has a tremendous skill set when designing plans and really helped us get to a unified end goal of designing a home we want to live in forever. He had a lot of great suggestions throughout the process and many of the changes were made right in front of us on on the large screen during our meetings. I've never seen an architect do what Heath does! Whether starting from scratch or having a cohesive concept already in mind, Heath can do it all. If we were designing another home we would without a doubt work with Heath again however, since we built our "forever" home, hopefully we won't have to design another home. :) Thanks Heath! -Damond & Dawn
