The newest addition to Perot's Hillwood Communities, Harvest is located in the northwest quadrant of I-35W and FM 407 just north of AllianceTexas. Harvest is strategically positioned to fulfill new housing demands in one of the most active markets in Dallas/Fort Worth. Benefiting from its rich farming history, Harvest will become the 21st-century version of its agrarian past. There will be a community farm, directed and managed by a professional farm operator. Short pedestrian-friendly streets, greenbelts and trails are planned to encourage residents to walk (or cycle) their community.
