Hart Concrete Design

Be very careful with this vendor. We spent about $10,000 on a several concrete pots and a feature fountain for our entrance with Hart. They don't stand behind their products and wouldn't fix the fountain which was defective upon delivery. The fountain was as loud as a train and was unusable. He refused to address the issue, insisted that we close out the invoice before sending a replacement pump which he though *might* have fixed the problem (I guess his staff made a mistake by delivering it before charging the final invoice...). His answer was "You're on your own... we usually don't do plumbing for fountains and we shouldn't have agreed to do yours... If you don't like it, we'll come to get it." It turned out to be a relatively easy fix ($280) to replace the pump. I found a vendor and dealt with it by myself but he refused to even credit the invoice for the cost of the repair. Not a big deal - the $280 - but what a creep. He obviously has very little experience dealing with consumers and doesn't care enough to stand behind his work to make a customer who paid $10k for his overpriced (but admittedly nice) pieces happy. Turns out my wife just paid it without my knowledge to avoid the grief (he event threatened to sue me over $280!!). In summary, he needs to adjust his ego/attitude or else hire somebody who understands customer service... any vendor selling custom pots/fountains for those prices should stand behind their product!

Hart Concrete Design does amazing work. We purchased a couple tables and a fire pit. All the work is made in the US, super high quality and they are true craftsman and good salt of the earth people. This is not some overseas made chop shop. I would highly recommend them for their off the shelf product although I have heard that they do some of the best custom work in the country.

I wanted a large (72") square concrete table for my outdoor patio and I wanted to have it on casters to be able to move it as the table was going to be installed on a rug that would need to be hosed from time to time. I knew exactly what I wanted but my issue was to find someone who would be willing to make such a table. I found Hart Concrete Design on the internet and met with Kyle to explain my project to him. Kyle had never done a table like this before but he was very interested in the idea. He listened to me very carefully and came back to me a few days later with a technical solution for the casters. A few weeks later, the table I dreamed off was delivered to my place! The result is fantastic from a design standpoint and also from a convenient standpoint. I always get a lot of compliments! I highly recommend Hart Concrete Design for any concrete project you may have. You won't be disappointed for sure!

Hart Concrete Design crafted a beautiful custom dining table for us from straight grain oak and steel tubing that met the dimensional requirements in our narrow dining room. We spent a great deal of time searching for a modern, high quality table at a reasonable price. We looked at many dining tables and they were either poorly made, prohibitively expensive, or did not meet our dimensional needs. Then we came across HCD and are extremely happy to have a custom, one of a kind table designed and crafted by local artisans. The team at HCD was great to work with and timely in their completion of the project. We strongly recommend them for a wide variety of items - tables, fire pits, benches, etc...

Kyle's work is unbelievable. Such beautiful craftsmanship. Even with his busy workshop behind the showroom he consistently takes time to meet with me and my clients to ensure everything is just perfect. I HIGHLY recommend HCD.

We ordered a modern cement fire pit and cement balls. We were very pleased with the product and delivery. The pit is great - the only issue we had is the shipping materials had a weight that was half of the weight so moving the fire pit in place took a bit of help we didn't anticipate. But overall beautiful and easy to install.

I highly recommend Hart Concrete Design for furniture and special projects. We had been searching for months for a unique console table. Upon reference from our design coordinator, we visited Hart's website and contacted them for information. Our experience from initial contact to delivery was frankly the best experience we had during the multi-year project. The order was placed on September 22nd and we received the finished product, superbly packaged, on October 28. Our order: Box Console Table US 32"H X 48"W X 16"D, Concrete Finish: smooth; Concrete Thickness: 2"; Metal Base Colors: steel; Steel Tubing: 1" x 1", + Concrete Color - White. The total price, including shipping, was under our budget as well!

Very good design/contracting firm. Took our idea from concept to actualization and the project turned out better than expected. They have a great line of tables, fire-pits, sinks, etc that are already really unique, (my favorite being the ping pong table) but they can pretty much pull off any design you have in mind.

I worked with Kyle and the Hart Concrete Design team on my new house. I knew nothing coming in to the meeting except the fact I liked the look of concrete! They made the process a complete breeze, once I went to the showroom and saw everything he could do I was blown away! I didn't know that so much was possible with concrete, and looked just as nice as any piece in all the showrooms I visited. He made me a beautiful dining table, and a few countertop pieces throughout the house, and flower pots for the entry way! We were overall very happy with every piece and recomend him to everyone!
