Scott Hargrove constructed our home in Mt. Crested Butte. It is the ultimate ski home. A large part of that designation is due to his exemplary workmanship and dedication to quality. Every guest that has visited our home (there have been many) over the past 15 years have marveled at the quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail and the overall beauty of the construction and design of the home. It is truly our dream home. Throughout the construction process Scott would address issues that had been missed by the architects or he would suggest alternative methods for construction and design that further enhanced the beauty of the home. He was truly dependable by any measure of this trait. He was trustworthy and imaginative. Several unforeseen problems occurred with respect to permits that he was able to resolve. He kept me and my wife informed as to the daily progress with pictures, diagrams and information. There is no builder that I would have preferred. I have built several homes, offices and two surgicenters; the experience with Hargrove Construction was the best by far.

He built our custom home. He has great design ideas and did lots of nice upgrades to make our home stunning.

First project was a complete remodel of our townhome in Crested Butte. Flooring, walls, painting, staining, kitchen counter tops and new appliances in 2014. Second was an expansion of an outdoor deck. Both projects were done to our complete satisfaction.

Mr. Hargrove built our beautiful home in crested butte. We desired a rustic modern house and he made our dream a reality. He was creative and professional in all of the design. All of his craftsman were the best in their field. I'm a designer so working with Scott Hargrove was a joy because of his personality. He also was good about time management and we actually were very pleased with the efficiency in their work. All of his homes he has built are beautiful!

Scott and his team did an outstanding job partnering with my wife and I to create our wonderful new home in Crested Butte's historic town center. The project included multiple challenges - restoring our 1890 log home by lifting and moving it to create a large new basement foundation, replacing the log home and building a modern, fully integrated extension off the back, squeezing a new garage into the lot and then completing landscaping around our new home. Scott's creativity, suggestions and collaborative working style are unmatched and many of his team members rank among the best in the region in terms of the innovation and quality of their work. We love our new home!

Hargrove Construction did a major remodel for us, doubling the size of our house, rearranging the entryway, converting rooms from one use to another, etc. They worked diligently with few if any delays or construction interruptions. When issues with design arose they worked closely with us and our architect to resolve them. The quality of their work was excellent. After completing the project and, in fact to this day, if we have an issue or want a modification, we call them and receive immediate attention.

I have had multiple construction projects in and around Crested Butte and chosen Hargrove Construction on every one of them. Scott and Kristi have been fantastic to work with and oversee an excellent team at Hargrove Construction Co. Scott is exceptionally creative and been terrific in working with multiple architects on how to achieve the look and feel we were seeking in the most cost-effective manner. Scott Hargrove, the company's president, was personally involved in all phases of planning, design, and construction. Scott has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has collected an excellent team of subcontractors and craftsmen. The project was completed on time and within budget.
