3181 Custom Homes

This is the second time we’ve used 3181 for our home renovations. The first time was pretty much a complete home remodel. Hank and Scott are very easy to work with in terms of the scope of the project and pricing. They’re willing to give you multiple options based on your budget which is really nice. This renovation included the following: -complete master bathroom remodel -wood flooring in bedrooms -black powder coated aluminum fence in backyard This all includes the demo for these projects. They will organize everything for you. All you have to worry about is making the proper selections for your home. They do great work and will check to make sure you are happy with the work that’s being done. They’re good people.

Good men in key rolls. Honest. Knowledgeable. Crews overall good, although we had a few home items that got taken out that should not have been removed, but 3181 replaced key items. Project did take longer than projected and cost more than predicted. Our project was difficult involving a lot of repairs and some feisty neighbors! If looking for low bid look elsewhere, if looking for professionalism and quality this crew is for you. Cooperative with punch list.

3181 Custom Homes helped us tear out a wall, remodel the kitchen, paint the interior and fix a long list of minor details to a home we purchased last summer.
