H and H registered my pool in 2010, did a great job. In 2012 I suffered extensive tornado damage, with 6 or 7 trees uprooted into my diving (like a bouquet in a vase). They came out several times on in order to meet with State Farm and come up with a repair plan. After noticing further issues they meet again with the adjuster. They have always been friendly, professional, prolly, and solicitous. Over the last few months my pool exhibited some stains around the drain and steps. They drained, acid washed and polished the pool at no charge, under warranty. Once again they handle everything, and don't miss a step, even correcting an issue with the pool light without being asked. Great company to do business with.
